1. Method of recovering a lost email

   Tried to recover my decade old yahoo email but I forgot so many details of it and the number its attached to is gone now ... I wish there was another way to recover this so I can recover my lost messages thsde.

2. One Calendar problem and three suggestions...

   Love your calendar!! I've been using it for about 16 years as as a firefighter with an 8 day shift rotation, yours was (is?) the only calendar that allows me to select my customized "Repeat every 8 days" so as to populate my recurring shifts (and therefore the rest of my other life's regular events) for my whole career easily. Thank you!!

   First suggestion, add Calendar to the "product list" on your feedback list at https://yahoo.uservoice.com/ so I and others can provide specific feedback on Calendar issues and make sure it will go to the right people to have it dealt with!! Meanwhile, I'll hope and appreciate it if you will pass on the following items to the right go to guys!

   Second, on your Search Calendar page, there is a Refine by Date option, with date selection provided by a monthly drop down calendar...but if I want to search back for a list of things that has occurred over the past 10 years (eg specific medical appointment) I have to click back 120 months to regress the months back to that search beginning date. My suggestion...include the ability to select/scroll back with an earlier years back arrow too and/or allow typing in the earlier date parameter in the box.

   Third suggestion....I'd love to have Yahoo Calendar as an app for my phone! I've tried to sync your calendar with other phone calendars but it never seems to work right.

   Finally, there has been an issue with "Editing Recurring Events" for many months now. Even though I select "This Event Only", it applies the changes to "This and Future Events".

   Please include, on the offocial yahoo web site, a list of valid yahoo email address from yahoo which could send request to users (to reject phishing).
   Example: I keep receiving mails from mail.comms.yahoo.net.
   Is this phishing or real yahoo mail?

   I've never been out of the country....how to block access from outside my state. I've had several attempts from Vietnam lately to hack my yahoo mail account....should be someway to block that

10. Fix rejected emails problem

    Yahoo mail is not receiving emails from certain servers. I use my yahoo email for business (have for 20 years)...now, emails are getting rejected, and people are asking why I haven't responded to emails that I have not received. A colleague told me that this is a known issue, and it's been going on for a couple of months or more....when will this get fixed? I can't even find out how to contact a human being to get an answer....this is very poor customer service. Known problem with no communication to customers to let us know how to get around it and/or when you will fix it.

12. STOP your 'MAIL PRO POP-UP' on my FireFox browser. I cancelled your free trial of the $3 within the 14 day period but your pop-up continues

    How do I delete the YAHOO!mailPRO AD pop-up from my Mozilla browser? I cancelled the free trial subscription but the sale pop-up remains and rears its ugly head when I try to open an email. I am running AD BLOCK PLUS and prefer it to PRO. Am running WIN 10 PRO on a DELL LATITUDE E6530 Lap Top.
