You blocked my comment, "iconic?" Is there something offensive about the word iconic? What about it doesn't conform with your guidelines?
This and many other completely civil comments of mine that are not vulgar, or argumentative, or demeaning, or violent, or even ever so slightly risque, or the tiniest bit off color... they all get blocked. Please stop doing that. I read some of the pure garbage you allow from others... Am I just not unintelligent enough for you to permit me to have a voice like everyone else?

You need someone answering the phone that can actually help the customer. I was told the issue would be reported to the team and that was it! I was double charged for a service I didn't even order and told that there are no refunds???? How is that possible?

Every time I log on I must have my phone close as I am required to out in a User Name and then a password. After that I get a notice on my phone that asks Am I trying to log into Yahoo. I want to turn that feature off as it wastes my time

Bring back "COMMENTS"
One of the reasons I kept YAHOO was your "COMMENTS" on the articles. Cease and desist in your political censorship when the idea disagrees with your political leanings. Find a way to block all the BOT posts, especially from China and Russia and their allies.

Hire Community Guidelines Reviewers who didn't get their education from a comic book!
The guidelines review process is flawed and ineffective to achieve its stated goals. For those of us who have worked as editors ourselves, we see evidence of a distinct aura of personal or institutional bias in your process. I admit to 'experimenting' with the process to try and determine how my post exceeded others in my not adhering to "guidelines", but only because I was frustrated with not being able to give factual info without personal commentary and still being blocked. You can improve by eliminating bias, and being more vigilant in denying intentional name-calling and interpersonal attacks.

All Americans have Freedom of Speech, yet Yahoo is making the decision to unilaterally block email "content" to "gallygosip@jmacfinance.com" if it contains political information that Yahoo does not agree with. Therefore, denying my Freedom of Speech. Please correct this abuse by Yahoo.

Do not extort your users
Zoe Cypress (employee number MC203F) who reports to Miguel, withheld information and was forcing payment in order to help me to get back into my account rather than going through all of my options to get back into my account. She then had me on hold for 25 minutes saying she would transfer me to her supervisor, in hopes that I would hang up and have the problem go away, and provided zero help with the situation at hand. There is at least one who has the mentality of a 5 year old who apparently believes it's "cute" to censor statements of truth that he, she or it personally can't understand...no doubt do to a monumental lack of maturity. Can you handle that or is it to much for you?
