subscription cancellation issues
I cancelled my subscription for the System Mechanic by phone in June 2022 when I called about the cancellation of Norton which was cancelled the previous month and I was still getting billed for it. I told them at that time due to the billing issues I was experiencing, I just cancel them all. Under your Help, regarding passwords, you recommend having an antivirus.
You should make note of the exception for those using Linux based systems. They're pretty much hack-proof systems after all. Even trying to find an antivirus for those systems are pretty much like finding a needle in a haystack. Stating that people should have an antivirus may make new users to Linux waste a lot of time trying to find one when it's not needed, if they keep their systems up to date.

Your 'contact' link is useless, as it does NOT give ANY way to contact Yahoo. I don't expect a free phone service, but an email address or contact number or just some kind of method to get answers. What you have is worse than useless as it's just frustrating click bait!

HELP! My small business account has been hijacked by Verizon. (One of the worst companies to do business with) HELP!
I need my Yahoo Small business site. Verizon is one of the worst companies on the planet to do business with. I can't even get someone on the phone that speaks english well enough for me to understand them and I don't seem to be able to find a way to communicate with Yahoo. PLEASE HELP!

Yahoo is abusing my account by moving mail it hates into my spam folder. Stop moving conservative news into spam.
Stop blowing off and listen to customers when they tell you something is not spam. Stop taking money from political groups to hate certain senders. Yahoo is abusing my calm.
