  2. RESTORE COMMENTS OR YOU LOSE MY 12 YEARS OF BUSINESS

    I USED to spend 2 to 3e hours a day after work reading news, PERUSING ADS and COMMENTING. But apparently Verizon and Yahoo! HATE the First Amendment because you KILLED the comment section like a third world dictator. I might as well live in China. Your anti American, Constitution hating stance has caused me to go from perusing Yahoo! 2 to 3 hours a day to me checking my email and going elsewhere where my opinions are respected.   3. You have a sales ad that is a scam and does not sell you what you see on the add you need to remove there sales. Shoplarage.Store@gmail.com

    You ran an ad for Shoplarage.store@gmail.com and its a scam!! They do not send what you see and send junky **** instead. Its fraud and you need to remove them immediately!!!!

    I am getting mail that says it's from yahoo saying my account will be closed as per my request and if I did not make this notice to click on the url page and it will be restored, and another that says my account has been logged into from another country if it was me do nothing but if not click on the url. I think if you have control of my e-mails you should be able to stop these from coming through.

  5. Need some way to give feedback on purchases from Advertisers.

    I was defrauded by one of your Advertisers, and have been unable to locate any way to report the company to Yahoo. The company was "Marvel Store". I have already complained to them, and will be contacting my credit card company as well.

  9. you can improve by not discarding the 1st Amendment. you have made it impossible to comment on anything.

    stop discarding the 1st Amendment. We can't comment on anything you put up. You allow Politico for example to say anything without allowing comments. Your headline page says things only against Trump never any of the good he does and you don't allow comments. It is exactly what communists and fascists do. stop it!

  10. The help site including: phone support, email support and chat support should be for all regions, not seperate for the US and Canada

    I called into support and the agent told me that I needed to contact the Canadian site only and I find this ridiculous because I am contacting the company which is based in the US so it should be able to help people from all around the world. It should be a single support system instead of having seperate country support. The canadian support is also terrible compared to the US as we dont get phone or chat support only email and they take way longer to respond to emails then the US side does. Seems like the company cares…

  18. Deleting Contacts

    this is the most convoluted way of doing contacts I have ever seen. The e-mail system assumes I want every blasted person I write in the contact list. You cannot easily edit or delete in a group. You can in Google, but for some stupid reason you thought it would be a good idea to have us delete INDIVIDUALLY? Why? Did it not OCCUR to you that we might just want to click on a group and delete?     Please include, on the offocial yahoo web site, a list of valid yahoo email address from yahoo which could send request to users (to reject phishing).
    Example: I keep receiving mails from mail.comms.yahoo.net.

    Your help system desperately needs a rework, the way it is designed makes zero sense. My account was given limited access when I attempted to join some fantasy football pro leagues, because I apparently had made another account. I found and deleted the other account but still had limited access, so I attempted to go through your help system to resolve the issue.
