  2. Provide REAL help!!

    All my contacts have been obliterated and I want to know how I can restore them, if possible. All your pre-determined help topics are way to prescriptive and completely useless in this situation. How do I find out how to restore my contacts!??? This is very irritating and VERY VERY inconvenient. Believe me... I wouldn't be bothering you if I had the answer myself. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLEASE!????

  4. STOP your 'MAIL PRO POP-UP' on my FireFox browser. I cancelled your free trial of the $3 within the 14 day period but your pop-up continues

    How do I delete the YAHOO!mailPRO AD pop-up from my Mozilla browser? I cancelled the free trial subscription but the sale pop-up remains and rears its ugly head when I try to open an email. I am running AD BLOCK PLUS and prefer it to PRO. Am running WIN 10 PRO on a DELL LATITUDE E6530 Lap Top.

  8. stop joining cancel culture

    first you say comments are gone and to take a survey.
    then you discover that you can take the survey multiple times and put a cookie on my machine to stop multiple submissions.
    then yo take away the survey and just say "our goal is to ..."

    this indicates that your quick, no thought attempt of censorship backfired.

    What was wrong with allowing comments. I'll tell you what is wrong - it did not agree with your left leaning attempt to censor any comments that will not support your political views.

    keep it up and you can move your office…
