3. There seems to be NO HELP

   HELP and CUSTOMER CARE.. an oxymoron if there ever was one. I have been having log in issues and have reset my passwords to no avail. I cannot get through to Customer or Yahoo Pro for assistance. All I get is the questionable opportunity to listen to a LOUD, ANNOYING excuse for music and repeated whining about COVID-19. We know it's a problem, we know you're under-staffed, just DELETE the unnecessary music (?) and announcements and let us peacefully wait in silence ((maybe an occasional SOFT beep). Today I listened to about 45 minutes of "hillbilly heaven" + announcements and was then told, "sorry, we're too busy. Call back later. A novel idea!! How about having your technicians work to keep Yahoo running smoothly as it is rather than "improving" it and causing more trouble. (I don't know why I bothered with this message... there are NEVER results)

6. it doesn't even have anywhere to submit a technical support ticket on Yahoo! Please add that feature.

   Add a feature to report specific te3chnical support issues. When I click in the box to select an email to move it, it just opens it instead, the buttons don't function to submit, star, or follow any of the commands it just freezes. It wouldn't copy and paste my message nor save it as a draft, so I lost ot when I refreshed and had to start over. Refresh and logging out and back in Yahoo doesn't work. Even restarting the whole computer doesn't work because it's Yahoo's fault and not the internet or computer. Only yahoo does this to me. I thought it was the phone at first, but on my PC it's doing the same thing! It keeps messing up. And there;s not support for customers even before COVID-19, so there's no way I'd pay for services on here seeing how bad it is. Help should offer more to include a feature to submit tech support tickets, easy accessibility to chat or call tech support for troubleshooting efforts, and customer service contact info easily available to speak to someone to assist and then maybe people would buy more products; as it is they have enough money with all these ads to hire support staff, so stop being so cheap.

   The problem is, that it's should be deleted forever, but it comes back the next time I sign onto Yahoo. I've delete it ever time I sign on, but it will not die. How do you kill this thing?????.

   Instead of hiding or even taking away altogether methods to get in touch with someone unless you want to fork out £5 quid a month for something you might only need once in a blue moon. Im having an issue with my email account which has started very recently, its bouncing around all over when trying to scroll. On trying to ask a question I keep going round in circles and all ending in this premium, well it isnt on at all, Ive been with yahoo for a long time and have a lot of contacts etc, but will bin the lot If I can`t get any sense from anybody. This is a disgrace

    There is no customer care. This is a joke right? I want someone, a person, a human being, to contact me to tell me why I have to continually delete spam when I've already directed it to be deleted and block the senders. I'm just going to stop using it altogether.

    I have received an email that Yahoo plans to delete an email account I've had for many years just because I temporairily work in China. I am an AMERICAN! If my account b_johnson827 is deleted, I will NEVER use any Yahoo service again! Ridiculous! and Cowardly, Yahoo!

13. Providing support instead of selling services

    I called 24 hours ago to seek help in having my yahoo account key notification sent to my new phone rather than the old device which does not have a sim card anymore because I transferred it to the new phone. Instead the agent set up a 2 steps account verification using a password and a notification. When I realized this the next day, I called the same support service and they tried to subscribe me to yahoo premium services @ $12/month. I have been with yahoo for over 20 years and never paid anything. I was asking for something simple and the new agent refused to help me if I did not buy the service. After I hanged up I went to search it online and it took me 5 minutes to set up the account key myself using my phone. This is very disappointing. A help service should be one that does help troubleshout, not a marketing area that would refuse to help based on the fact that you are requesting a traditional help service. I will be migrating my account to google shortly

    Yahoo this is driving me insane! I know my password but since I have two factor verification enabled on my account and lost my old phone number I cannot reset my password. I can prove my email my name my social my birthdate how long ago I logged in when I created the account the old phone number on the account and I can prove that I did at one time through att have this number through with my name on the account through att. The people that now have my phone number refuse to give me the verification code so I literally know everything to know about my account I just don’t have my old phone number. Fix this!

    Yahoo is guilty of censorship of conservative voices. You are not keeping anybody safe, you are censoring certain voices. Most of the headline stories will not allow me to even see comments much less make my voice heard. Comments are there but I'm not allowed to see them. I'm careful to follow guidelines even as I'm being pummeled with names and insults. I'm not allowed to use words that abusers freely use repeatedly. I don't need to explain this to you. You know what's going on. Yahoo supports a government that would silence people. As a media operation Yahoo should be terrified of such things.
