   Inform people when you suspend them from posting comments in the Yahoo comments. You wiped all my comments clean and now are preventing me from commenting on articles. Every time I comment, you reject it! Have some courage and explain why instead of hiding behind a policy disguised as "safety".

   I cancelled my subscription for the System Mechanic by phone in June 2022 when I called about the cancellation of Norton which was cancelled the previous month and I was still getting billed for it. I told them at that time due to the billing issues I was experiencing, I just cancel them all. So then I was billed again for the System Mechanic directly from my account which I told them not to bill from again. I went in and manually cancelled my account when I saw the transaction on my bank account, Now I want the money I was charged put back In my account by Friday at the latest. I will not be using any of your services and I will be telling my friends to stay away as you have a tendency to bill for services whether they or cancelled or not. I am on disability and every dollar counts, I told the man I talked to that I did not need it anymore so I scheduled the money for something else. I will report it to my bank who will take action if it is not resolved. Capital One has a large following and I don't think Yahoo needs a bad rep.

    I would like to file a complaint because as i was working with a man Name Mel on the Phone and he was very difficult to work for a small bill of reasons.

    1. the first time i called i was angry about being charged for something that i was promised not to be charged for in a previous yahoo account phone call. I apologized for my attitude and asked for resolution. We then tried to verify my account phone number and he told me that the account number was wrong and advised i look into the account myself. When I did, I saw that phone number i provided was the right number and that i told him that i was signed into my account and could see.

    he continued to lie to me saying that the number was wrong and that there was nothing that he could do to remedy the problem. he said he needed to place me on hold. I hung up and tried again.

    1. the second time i was connected to Mel again and told him that i wanted to be sure that this is the phone number attached and that i knew that he was having a ******* contest with me, he said that he wasnt sure who that man was and that there was nothing that he coukld do if the phone number didnt match, so we tried the email and it went through, i instructed him to look through my account and verify the last phone of the phone number and it was then that he told me that the number was right and that he did know what happened.

    When i continued to ask for account cancellation, he lied and said that there was nothing that he could do and wanted to transfer me to a different agent, i said that was fine, i would wait on the phone. Mel hung up the phone.

    I called back and he said he didnt know what happened and tried to transfer me again and said it would take a minute. i asked for the phone number for the department and that i would call them myself, he then said that he could transfer me and that it would not be a problem.

    Changed phone number and no longer have access to my email. I need an alternative to be able to regain access.

    There are websites that allow this ability by taking the extra steps to confirm Identity details and this needs to be an option.

    It would be greatly appreciated to respond to this issue with diligence due to important information being within my email.
