Show a time stamp when sending messages in chat to avoid disconnecting.
When chatting with tech support for any issue, it would be very helpful to show a time stamp for sent messages. This will help keep track of the 3 minutes in order to avoid automatically disconnecting from a chat. Also would suggest the time to change from 3 to 5 minutes. It is very annoying especially when chatting about an issue that requires much more than 3 minutes or 5 minutes. Perhaps the techs can control this on their end and thereby would avoid the customer or users from having to text to avoid getting disconnected. That last suggestion would…

cant access my account
i'm trying to access my account ID (fgashgari) and i know the password but first it asks me to verify my phone so i request code many times but i didnt get anything although i verified the number is correct by inputting 2 missing digits and i'm in KSA i cant call support #, plz help me theres no other way to contact support my other email is (lbogari@yahoo.com)

It says that Mailboxes can be deleted, BUT THEY CAN'T.Please simply remove the section "Delete your extra email address."

My log in is constantly being blocked for an hour I use two different computers to sign in daily one at my work location and one at home plus use my mobile device how can we stop this from happening this has been going on for a few months now and causes serious delays for work and urgent personal matters

Fix your openweb comment filter, it's broken.
Nearly every comment I make gets removed by your automated system without recourse including this one in response to another users comment asking why someone would request a mental aptitude test, and I quote "Or - because someone challenges your mental aptitude or ability..." How is this comment offensive or in violation of community standards? Yet nearly everything I post anymore is automatically removed - feel like I'm being targeted here.

Fix the MyYahoo home page. The homepage today has now moved about 5 spaces to the left. It cuts off the first word of the left side.
The entire homepage has shifted about 4 spaces to the left, cutting off the first word of the left side with all my news sites. I can't move it back. The shift arrows are there on the right but don't move anything.

It's no longer possible to get help from Yahoo without paying for it.
It's no longer possible to get help from Yahoo without paying for it. Looking for free help on Yahoo is just a big run around. All you will find are ads for their new paid support service. Yahoo wil not let me enable data sharing which is my right under California law, and I have found no way to complain about this on any Yahoo web page. What has happened to Yahoo?
