  1. There seems to be NO HELP

    HELP and CUSTOMER CARE.. an oxymoron if there ever was one. I have been having log in issues and have reset my passwords to no avail. I cannot get through to Customer or Yahoo Pro for assistance. All I get is the questionable opportunity to listen to a LOUD, ANNOYING excuse for music and repeated whining about COVID-19. We know it's a problem, we know you're under-staffed, just DELETE the unnecessary music (?) and announcements and let us peacefully wait in silence ((maybe an occasional SOFT beep).   5. Need some way to give feedback on purchases from Advertisers.

    I was defrauded by one of your Advertisers, and have been unable to locate any way to report the company to Yahoo. The company was "Marvel Store". I have already complained to them, and will be contacting my credit card company as well.

  7. i THINK YOU COULD IMPROVE BY ANSWERING MY QUESTION!!!! i DISLIKE YOU ROBOT ANSERING SYSTEM. iT REALLY IS NOT ANY GOOD. i HAVE BEEN TRYING

    jUST ANSWER THE QUESTION. MAKE IT EASIER TO FINE THE INFORMATION AND DON'T HAVE A ROBOT MACHINE ANSWER. i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AND ANSWER WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY 5.00. THAT'S JUST CRAZY. GOING TO A SECURITY PAGE SHOULD BE EASY. CHANGING A PHONE NUMBER SHOULD BE EASY. WHEN i HIT SETTINGS AND IT SAYS SECURITY AND PRIVACY THERE IS NOT AN EDIT BUTTON FOR THE PHONE NUMBER. WHAT THE HECK. WHERE IS THE EDIT BUTTON????

  10. it doesn't even have anywhere to submit a technical support ticket on Yahoo! Please add that feature.

    Add a feature to report specific te3chnical support issues. When I click in the box to select an email to move it, it just opens it instead, the buttons don't function to submit, star, or follow any of the commands it just freezes. It wouldn't copy and paste my message nor save it as a draft, so I lost ot when I refreshed and had to start over. Refresh and logging out and back in Yahoo doesn't work. Even restarting the whole computer doesn't work because it's Yahoo's fault and not the internet or computer. Only yahoo does this to…

  12. stop joining cancel culture

    first you say comments are gone and to take a survey.
    then you discover that you can take the survey multiple times and put a cookie on my machine to stop multiple submissions.
    then yo take away the survey and just say "our goal is to ..."

    this indicates that your quick, no thought attempt of censorship backfired.

    What was wrong with allowing comments. I'll tell you what is wrong - it did not agree with your left leaning attempt to censor any comments that will not support your political views.

    keep it up and you can move your office…

    I USED to spend 2 to 3e hours a day after work reading news, PERUSING ADS and COMMENTING. But apparently Verizon and Yahoo! HATE the First Amendment because you KILLED the comment section like a third world dictator. I might as well live in China. Your anti American, Constitution hating stance has caused me to go from perusing Yahoo! 2 to 3 hours a day to me checking my email and going elsewhere where my opinions are respected. We DON'T need some corporate entity "Keeping us safe" That is as insulting as it is denigrating. Restore comments or I'm done.…

  15. The help site including: phone support, email support and chat support should be for all regions, not seperate for the US and Canada

    I called into support and the agent told me that I needed to contact the Canadian site only and I find this ridiculous because I am contacting the company which is based in the US so it should be able to help people from all around the world. It should be a single support system instead of having seperate country support. The canadian support is also terrible compared to the US as we dont get phone or chat support only email and they take way longer to respond to emails then the US side does. Seems like the company cares…
