  1. Recover lost/missing emails

    I hope you can recover the missing email from 2-3 years back. I wonder how my emails are getting lost from my inbox. I did not delete or move them. I don't see them anymore in my folder. It contains receipt and documents that are important.

  4. I received a phone.call from a man who said he was with Yahoo. He said there was suspicious activity on my account, and he sent me an email

    There are several 800 numbers, but they don't work if you are outside the US, as I am.

  7. GET RID OF THE NEW VERIFICATION CODES

    I can not sign in to my accounts without a code sent to another e-mail. Your code never comes! My browser clears everything when closed. I do not keep your cookies. I suppose I have lost two of my three yahoo accounts. THANKS FOR THE 'IMPROVEMENTS'!!!

  10. Retrial of old email due to inactive id.

    I log on to the yahoo account & I have been gone to the yahoo id rajeev.parihar@yahoo.co.in where in my old emails are gone due to a new update. I had very important things in my email that i need to have back!!! fix this. As I have lots of document related to academics and Job. I would like to fix the old emails in new update or else provide separate access to old email. that would help me a lot. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.

    So, like many others I am complaining about the new homepage situation. Since I have clicked on "User Research studies for Yahoo Homepage, please fill out this form," I am getting spam from Rich Green trying to sell me the GoDaddy website name. Your link goes to something called Thynkster...it is spam and you are enabling it

  14. Stop making me go thru "2-step verification" every time I sign in!

    I am sick and tired of needing to have my mobile phone right next to me, ready to receive a verification code, EVERY TIME I try to sign in on my computer. I have an account and I have a password, and that is all the "security" I need or want.

    Also, STOP asking me to sign up for your "premium" service. I can't afford it and I don't want it.

  15. Response times slow and agents not knowing enough about Yahoo to help fix problems is a big problem.

    Yahoo plus just signed up for service cannot use for some strange reason. Agent could not help me . Waiting for response from another unknowable agent. Not good business at all.

  18. I am totally sick of getting ads from QVC, dentists, beauty, etc that I DO NOT WANT and can’t unsubscribe! I totally resent this!

    Get rid of the constant ads that have no ‘unsubscribe’ button or else I’ll get rid of the Cox email that I have had for 30 years!!!

    HELP! HELP! HELP! My YAHOO Email has gone bonkers! I cannot delete emails, the screen parameters are out of proportion, older emails titles etc., om the email page are now gray lines in each column; I can't respond to emails.
