How can we make our products more accessible to people with disabilities?

For people with disabilities - ie, for people who can't navigate Yahoo's Help response notes

Hi. My disdability is I can't understand Yahoo's help response notes. That's because there aren't any - We have problems, post them, then wait forever for replies. I'll bet there is no response to this email either! peter beeching Get my @ pbeeching@rogers.com. Reason - my Yahoo acct is dead!
