It took me forever to find a way to contact customer support!!! A complete waste of time and energy. Anyways, I had trouble logging in to my account and needed to reset my password. NEVER GOT THE VERIFICATION CODE. THAT MUST BE FIXED. I don't WANT my bookmarks in a Yahoo toolbar! I want them on my MY.YAHOO home page!
I have been curating my bookmarks for years - and the toolbar option is very clumsy. It did retain my folders this time, but no matter how many times I go in and change my preferences to "0" recently saved bookmarks, then Save, when I drop the bookmarks down I still get all the recently saved ones listed first and have to scroll down to get to my folders.. It wasn;'t broken, but I guess you think you"ve fixed this feature. It should be an option, not an all-or-nothing feature.

Online help only for people who are not up on technology and who have a disability, is not helpful at all!

Stop the pop-ups I can't order anything!

Let yahoo users keep what ever password we want instead of saying " password cnt be the same"
For what ever reason, some times I cant log in using a former p/w but I want all of my online passwords to be the same instead of having millions of different ones! So I will log on and yahoo wont let me so it makes me choose a new p/w, that's GARBAGE! I want my p/w to be the same as always! I should be able to have what ever pw I want! I do not care if YOU think it has been compromised! Even if it was GOD FORBID any one could see all of the 3000 spams…

Listen to us disabled. We have emotional intelligence. We know when the stories you report could infact endanger peoples lives. By encouraging criminal behavior on the internet. It happened in 2002 - 2005. Now you're doing it.

allow the new email allow talking the old version would talk to me now I have to wait for my home health worker to read my email to me she only comes once a week and since I cannot delete spam foe seven days I usually have over 400 spams to delete it would help if emptied it daily or two days I like the new email just needs to talk to me thank you11
