  2. I hate yahoo on Kindle fire. you can not zoom the pages, you van not read the 4 pitch font, everything has 12 **** pages to take forever

    Too much activity that it takes forever to load and even worse with minimum 12 **** pages to scroll thru for a six paragraph story.
    Lousey use of space, impossible to read or even co wider enjoying, and everything is a flipping video without words......can't watch and listen to videos very often.... yahoo pretty much sit me on a tablet.

  3. Annoying and congesting floating toolbar on yahoo pages.

    Why is there no 'close' button? Hardly any of the content on the floating toolbar is useful and it takes up over 1/5th of the screen leaving a cramped feel when trying to read the news or mail or any other of yahoo's wonderful content. Get rid of the toolbar OR implement a close option to view the entire veiw of content on the page!! VERY ANNOYING

  4. Remove ALL ads, especially, ones about surveys!

    Ads pop up when I am trying to log on to my email. They are annoying, because I must then begin the log in process again. I equate them to robo calls from politicians, at dinner time!

  6. hard to read entire article

    I read your article's on a Windows phone but only half of your articles appear on the page in order to read it you need to keep swiping left to right, but the text is almost the same color as the background. I love reading your articles but it is difficult to make out most of it. Please consider lining it up or changing the background color. Thanks

  7. have a desktop Yahoo Tech site with no tiles

    Tiles are awful for desktop users--large monitor shows only two tiles and I must scroll to see more. A HUGE waste of screen real estate and the reason I no longer visit yahoo tech. Please retire the tiles to a mobile-only site and provide a list of text links (no photos or only tiny thumnails) for the desktop. I am not going to be reading news articles on a tiny phone, only on my large monitor.

    Hi,

    It sounds like your screen resolution is pretty low. Yahoo is optimized for a 1024×786 resolution. If your screen resolution is lower, it may skew some of the webpages making them seem larger.

    Search your operating system’s help site for “screen resolution” to learn how to change it. The screen resolution varies based on the capabilities of your display.

    You can adjust your browser’s zoom settings using a couple easy keyboard shortcuts.

    Zoom in – Press Ctrl + the plus key (+) on your keyboard.
    Zoom out – Press Ctrl + the minus key (-) on your keyboard.

  8. Get rid of those constant motion ads that distract from reading articles, or allow to stop.

    Ads like that old lady with her hands and arms always moving make it hard to concentrate on what your reading! The only time I pay attention to those type ads is to note the company in order to ad to my list of companies to Never Buy From!

    Need to change my phone number or put in a gmail address to get a new password for my account and your tech support pages only allow a msg to be sent to my old #..HELP!!!

  13. How Do you contact Yahoo.. You dont because they dont care what your opinion is.. otherwise How do you contact Yahoo....

    make a button for feedback to a real employee and not this stupid blog *.. I absolutely hate the auto play feature on videos.. If I want to watch a video I will watch it.. Do NOT start it for me.. What happens idiots is that when you got multiple screens open and they all start playing and the same time.. You get computer freeze ups and thats not necessary to have happen.. STOP THE AUTO PLAY BACK PERIOD.. If not then you deserve to loose money.. I wont buy a product that yahoo auto starts just off of

    We do appreciate all the feedback we receive, and we do listen to the feedback from our users on this Suggestion Board. Our Product Group checks each post on a regular basis.

    With regards to the auto-play feature, you can turn this feature off. You’ll want to click on the menu icon when hovering your mouse over the video. Then use your mouse scroll wheel to see the bottom of the feature list, and click Preferences under Settings. Turn Autoplay Off, and click on the X in the top-right corner to close out of the options menu.

  14. I would like to get a Yahoo account, however because I don't have a cell phone, I cannot complete the registration process, is there a way?

    It seems Yahoo does not allow one to register without a mobile phone number, and when I give my land line, it does not recognize it a a valid number which is confounding to me. Can anyone assist me?

    - Greatly reduces the risk of an abuser accessing your account.
    - If you need to recover your password, this is the safest and most effective method to recover it.

  15. Consistant format between News Home and Yahoo Tech & Politics comment sections.

    Comments on Yahoo Tech and Yahoo Politics are not posted chronologically. A comment 1 minute old is directly above a 2 day old
    comment. No availability of a "My Comments" button. No choice of
    "Most Recent" "Popular Now" "Most Replied" etc. Just the one way
    of looking at them at that is as they appear to be thrown against the wall.

  18. would like some speed, takes minutes and more minutes to load anything, can't even get into support

    fix my internet speed, been over 10 minutes try to get tech support and still not coming up
