I'm a manager at the Regal Valley View Grande in Roanoke, Virginia.
Yahoo, as a company, you all regularly post our showtimes incorrectly. Sometimes you post movie times for shows that we have not even booked for release on our site. The current one is "The Good Lie" with Reese Witherspoon, which is not scheduled to play at a single theater in our zip code. This has happened in the past with "Anonymous" and countless other movie titles.
My suggestion is that you all should reconsider whatever source that is currently being utilized to attain the movie times for our site. I can say with absolute confidence that the times on Fandango are accurate, as they pull their times directly from Regal Entertainment Group.
Should you all be able to remedy this issue of posting the incorrect times, I believe it would be beneficial to both of us. You would be relaying accurate information to your users, which I'm sure they would appreciate and I would have to deal with less upset customers who arrive at our site with the intent to see a film they'd been misled by your listing to believe would be playing.
Thanks,
Roger

As an addendum, I would like to point out that it is not my intent to denounce Yahoo or promote Fandango. My intent is solely that customers may attain accurate information on screenings in their area, free of hassle or error. The site they choose to attain that information from is their prerogative and none of my concern. I would simply like to bring light to an issue that has come up in the past with patrons who have used your movie listing service.
