Stop using video players that don't let you adjust the volume.
You have recently started using a player that has a volume mute/unmute control, but does not allow for changing the volume. This is a BIG issue. I run through many different things, not just your articles, including other apps running at the same time. I cannot adjust the system volume without losing other alerts, notifications, etc. ALSO, everything that has been played through this app comes in at a much louder volume than anything else on your website. Here is an article that uses this player: https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/iconic-high-school-musical-inspired-200044212.html

Stop with the malware infected video ads.
You keep pushing video ads that are infected with malware as they cause the browser to lock up. You can't even close the browser until the ad is done running. When you take control over someone's browser that is called hacking and is a federal crime but you all don't seem to care as long as you get a few pennies from the advertisers. I just had two USAA ad's lock up my browser and I will be contacting USAA and make them aware that you are hijacking peoples browsers to force them to watch the ad. I will also…

Spoilers
Seriously, Just having a warning that the article contains spoilers does NO GOOD if the spoiler is literally in the first sentence of the article and is adjacent to the warning. https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/star-wars-rise-of-skywalker-same-***-kiss-lgbtq-controversy-censorship-172057510.html

Why can I not read all the Trump articles or view any of the videos about his sacrilegious use of a Bible and St.John's Church?
Has Trump already censored the news here on Yahoo? Cannot read whole articles or get the videos to load on news items related ti him.

Cut the "news set to music"
I really dislike the "news set to music" that Yahoo uses quite often. I would much rather read the news in an article than to read partial sentences per screen shot.

Spambots -- Disable links in comments
Spambots are hitting nearly every article posting spam links to "news" articles, then up-voting their comments with hundreds of accounts and replying to force the comments to "Top Comments." I've seen these comments receive 100 thumbs up within seconds of being posted. The links posted could easily be malicious.
If Yahoo! removed the ability to post links in comments, these spambots would likely go elsewhere.
