  1. Automatic Sign-out!

    I have been using the Yahoo Mail app for quite a long time now. With the recent update, I am facing a serious issue. The App automatically signs out of my account every few hours and I need to put the password and initialize my account every time, which is equivalent to configuring the app afresh.

    It would be great if you could please look into this, identify the potential issue and provide a solution.

  2. Bring back the old version style for yahoo I.M.

    Create the old version with the box of contacts so you can see who is signed on and available to talk to. The new version is awful. Please agree and fix it.

    Return to me my option to continue to receive my mail on my device, without the use of your app, if you are truly sincere about listening to the customer. All of the mail that you say I can receive on your app gave me the option to do so, and I do. Not for you thou. I'll get it... eventually.

  11. Deleting multiple emails

    Stop the app from scrolling down or up when it wants to. When I am going through my emails to check off which ones I want to delete, it starts scrolling by itself. Usually leaving me in a new spot which means I have to find my place and check the emails I want to delete and then it scrolls again. Just make it stop PLEASE.

  14. When I received a email, I use to get notified with a sound on my phone. What happened it doesn't do it anymore.

  15. Been trying to get feedback on how to recover my other account and no word for months from you all. Thumbs down

    Ive sent feedback on how to recover my other account cause I forgot the password and still haven't heard back on how to do it. Its been 4 messages now and NOTHING still. what's the problem??? You keep sending me to the recovery email given the number but how am I supposed to reset my password if I cant get into my other email I'm trying to get into. Very frustrating. I'm giving up. No other options do you guys give me. Wow!!!!

    I'm super annoyed that there is no direct contact info. My issue with deleting emails is not on the "help" list of questions and answers? How on earth am I supposed to get this fixed? I'm just circling around from page to page trying to find some way to get help for my da** issue

    My emails don't always come in at a timely fashion. My laptop receives hours before my mobile sometimes. My business partner's phone gets our company emails before I do. This is a problem. I live in NYC, so it isn't a connection thing.
