This is a question from an ESP that sends (opted in) newsletters to Yahoo subscribers.
Ever since Yahoo switched their feedback loops from Return Path, we've received no confirmation when signing up for new ones.
There is no longer a page on the site that displays active/inactive feedback loops, and we've never received a confirmation after entering the verification code when signing up/updating a feedback loop.
We don't seem to be getting any abuse emails for feedback loops created after the update, but have everything set up correctly on our side.
One confusing part of signing up is the dkim part. it says:
"This is the "s=" selector value of your DomainKeys or DKIM signature. Do not include the "s=" portion. Please enter * for any selector."
From this explanation, we should enter dkim1024, as that's what's in between the s=. But before the FBL update, our application would only be accepted if we entered 1024. Since this FBL update, we've tried both ways and they don't seem to work.
Which is the correct DKIM to enter in the application? And does Yahoo still send emails to confirm that a feedback loop application has been accepted?
Your contact customer care link just links to the fbl application.
Any help with this would be appreciated immensely. Thank you.
