With Outlook and with Mail.app, we're able to put in a list of required attendees; and then look at people's availability to see when to schedule the meeting. Ditto for rooms. Neither of these are possible in the corp-calendar-on-yahoo-mail implementation. If we have to give up Exchange, this will be a painful enterprise style feature omission.
