  1. Display Language

I tried to open the corp email using different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox). I am having the same issue which is the display language is in Arabic.

I changed the language from Account Info but it's bouncing (I am not directed to the Account Info page but redirected again to the email inbox).

I cleared cache and cookies in each browser without any use.

I wasn't given a choice to choose the language, when I clicked the link, it said that I am already opt in.

    I filed a bug and we'll see

  2. Can we remove the vertical bouncing effect of the mail on chrome, and maybe other browsers

This bouncing effect works very well for simple blog pages, not definitely not good for complicated single page web applications. Since it makes all action items feel not solid, and cause dizzy effect when you intended to scroll just inbox list of the mails, not the entire page.

  4. Replying to email thread is confusing

Whenever I reply to email thread I am always confused as to where last email is. I would expect my reply to be on top and most recent email below. Large gaps between emails make the thread look very disorganized. Not sure what i can click on to expand or hide previous emails.

  5. Size of left pane

It would be helpful to have ability to adjust the width of the left pane view, so as to view the entirety of our Inbox and sub folder names. While the majority of them are in view, this will help differentiate among folders that may start with the same names and read as 'Folder Name ...'.

  8. Inbox is unecessarily hard to clear

Clearing my inbox (which for me means marking email as read) is unnecessarily hard because: 1.) conversations sometimes do and sometimes do not get automatically marked as read (depending on the thread); 2.) there is a 1s delay before a thread sometimes does or sometimes does not get marked as read (even though the delay is set to "immediate"); 3.) the mark-as-read keyboard shortcut toggles between read and unread, so I often mark read mail as unread again.

  9. Slow/delayed mail?

I use Mail on desktop and on iOS. Every time I get an email I get a notification on my phone but when I go check on desktop mail to read the email, it hasn't shown up. It usually takes 3-4 minutes for it to finally show up.

  10. Inserting images in body of email

Easily inserting inline images in the body of an email:

This is a crucial element of useful corporate email.

  11. "Search from inbox" is... not right

5 or 6 times a day I end up at a search for someone's name in my inbox, instead of the mail they just sent me. Something about the combination of the search icon being too close to the name, and it only appearing on mouseover leads to a pretty broken interaction here.

Effectively, I'm clicking on the unadorned row, an interaction I reasonably expect to send me to the mail; except in the process of clicking I mouseover the row and change its interaction model.

  12. Filters? Vacation Response?

When will these essential - and much used - features available in Outlook and FreeMail be available in CorpMail?

  13. Insert > Quick Parts

One of my favorite features is Outlook is the ability to save quick parts (under the insert tab) and insert them into an email in one click. I use these for meeting agendas, recurring "wins" emails, and inserting my conference code into an invite. It'd be great to have a built-in button to insert frequently used text. Thanks!

  14. Email Format

When I send an email, the receiver doesn't see the same font type and size that I had used. I received an email from a colleague that had a grid in it that was pasted from Excel (she uses Outlook), I then made amendments and re-sent it and once she received the email the format was very extremely unclear and unlike my original mail.

  15. Tags for categorization

Have you ever wanted to add a message to several folders or categorize them easily for task planning and resolution? Looking at the competition, namely Gmail, tags working as categories that help you sort your inbox appear to be a very strong tool to achieve this. Could we come up with something similar or adapt the approach? It would also resolve the issue of sub-folders of sub-folders being hard to display from an UI perspective that some of us were reporting.

  16. Please add option to show calendar as busy, free, tentative, and out of office

When setting up a meeting/ appointment in the calendar it would be great if you could mark that time with the options "busy", "tentative", "free" or "out of office" - like in Outlook.
Also looking for the option to tick or untick "request responses".
    Thank you!

  17. Contact

When I clicked on the name of one of the individuals in the "To" line - the contact box came up but then there was no way to get it to go away without exiting for corp mail. It remained when I clicked on it, hit esc, hit return, tried to send a message, etc.

  18. Undo

Have we looked for at adding an undo feature similar to outlook? It is nice in case you delete or transfer something accidentally.

Under review  ·  Product Support responded

I am on the same boat. You would be happy to learn that we are launching undo for delete, move and spam soon. Dev work almost complete. The other usecases also sound interesting. We will evaluate and make things happen gradually. Cheers – mayukh

  19. Signature

When setting up my signature, I tried 3 times to add my signature similar to outlook and each time Corp Mail came back with "Signature can not be saved" . It may be related to trying to use the Yahoo logo but seems like we should be able to allow corporate logos to be included in corporate mail.

  20. Mail on Mobile

What is the best way to continue access to mail on our phones? I've tried logging into corp mail using the Yahoo Mail App and also revising mail accounts within general photo settings--neither option is currently working. Apologies if I'm missing something super obvious, but I'm hoping to have this set up before the full migration on Monday. Thank you.
