Complaint to Yahoo CS dept (auction)

I have an complaint case to yahoo cs dept but they just try to ignore it. If even the CS try to ignore a customer complaint, I think they are no future and going to disappear in the market soon.
I don't understand why there is no other communication channel can be provided.. such as call centre or another dept's contact.
i think it is a discrimination case.
Never look at my email content detail and correctly.
Refuse to co-coporate and pretend nothing been happened.
