No product details/ qty at all. no one answers to the CS hotline. I sent them a letter of complain with order cancellation but they don't seems to understand?? they just keep telling me my order has been received and processed... that's not what i was asking. that SUX!

I say Yahoo should response!! So many of us had been deceived! who is responsible for this? Dont they make sure the online store isnt a fraud before they promote it? People trusted yahoo so no one had thought that its a fake!
