Go back to the classic homepage
The new layout sucks & I think you know that. Everyone likes the classic old page. The link that says go back to classic page doesn’t work.

Scrap the new Homepage
Scrap the new homepage and return to the old. Clearly from the multitude of complaints, it is highly unliked. For me it is too cluttered. Information is not readily or easily found. It is neither user friendly or intuitive. I really prefer not to have to find a different homepage, perhaps like Google, but after 20+ y7ears, it may be time.

Go back to the previous format!
With the old format, I was able to customize my.yahoo. My.yahoo doesn't seem to exist anymore and no customization seems possible with the new format. That means I have to sort through a lot of things, including many grey boxes (what's up with that?) I'm not interested in. to find what I want to read. There also doesn't seem to be any way to include feeds from other sources that I used to use to keep me current on things of special interest to me. I'd love to know why yahoo.com was changed in the first place, and what advantages…

Keep your original Page the way it was It was very easy and nice to use
Your new layout of the opening page really blows. Yahoo looks more like MSN and not a stand alone search engine. It;s not customer friendly at all.

Stop changing the format - the new one is HORRID
No, you are not listening. There are tens of thousands of complaints about this new format all over the internet and yet you still change it to what we DO NOT WANT. You have made it impossible to read, more difficult to navigate, and the visual aspect is vile. You could care less about what we want, so stop telling us you do. You will do whatever you want, regardless of what we want. I no longer use Yahoo as my homepage because it sucks so bad now that you changed it, and because I do not want your stupid…

Mail Improvements Are NOT "Working"
The new mail design is just horrible! I am a longtime user because the simplicity, clean look and ease of use. The "new version" is none of the above. Clearly by looking at other posts in the internet, I'm not alone. The mail interface does not have to be changed, it's simple and it works. Now it's garbage and my simple email account will now have to be changed to another provider, which means "no visits to Yahoo at all any longer". That's bad for you.

Email not opening
There is an add that will not open in the old version of yahoo mail. The adds time is around 7:30 on 2/26/2025. Because of this add not opening I am unable to open any of my regular emails.

Get rid of Huffpost
Get rid of Huffpost from the news feed. Huffpost is as much news as the National Inquirer or one of those other grocery stores checkout line ****.

You have broken the mobile site
You have completely broken the ability to delete or report comments on the mobile version of the website. It opens larger than the size of the screen and there is no ability to scroll in any manner to reach the buttons at that point.

Fix the mobile site
You've done something along the way with the mobile page that not only completely breaks the ability to report comments, but breaks the ability to delete our own comments. Clicking on what should give us access opens the functionality too large to access and scrolling to find the buttons no longer functions. We're left with something that no longer works for its intended purpose because after you click the first spot you can no longer click on anything else. It's not visible or accessible.

Too many refreshes
Page refreshes too frequently. I have to open each article I want to read in a new tab, or it may be gone due to refresh. Then when I go to the tab to read, that too refreshes to the home page. I am re-considering Yahoo as my home page after 20+ years.
