Dislike Yahoo Mail Platform
Basically forced to transfer to Yahoo Mail from xfinity. inundated with ads and it seems the only way to stop them is to pay???? I'm ready to ditch my Comcast.net after 20 some odd years. Ridiculous platform.

Hire more engineers. If you don't have the money, fire some people from marketing or a few MBAs.
Bugs are increasing. Fixes take forever. You new Yahoo Mail, and elimination of My Yahoo make you no better than MSN, provide no utility beyond Microsoft's built in news feed, and no reason to keep using your product. I can't watch any more adds than I'm plagued with now. I may end up just going back to FM radio.

My mail is blocked for new storage limit.
I want to increase it to the next level (200GB) paying via PayPal but the confirmation process fails.

Yahoo website has been often unresponsive on Firefox since yesterday.
Type yahoo.com in the address bar, hit enter, the browser tries to connect for about half a second, then it stops, blank page, no sign of browser trying to load anything. Click the reload button, the yahoo.com in the address bar disappear. and nothing happens, so I have to re-type the address again.
I have to repeat the process (typing the yahoo.com in the address bar and hit enter) so many times to make the page load.
Other webpages work fine. Only yahoo has the problem.

Incredible. Several times your AI, or whoever monitors comments, olds a comment until it's "approved". All of mine eventually are. However, by the time it gets approved, several hundred or thousand other comments are there rendering my comment virtually useless. I don't even know why I bother anymore.
