I keep changing my language settings to English, but I still get my information in the native language for the country I live in. I would like English! What can I do to fix this?

When Yahoo closes Comments by customer, they forget that Yahoo screws up all of the time.....sometimes on purpose! If you "new" systems don't work, why wouldn't the Yahoo staff want to know if something they've done has gone wrong! Oh, yeah! One, they don't care what you think and 2. They never make mistakes! I want one of the A-holes at Yahoo that think that come to my house and explain why their new system fails time and again! I'm waiting Yahoo!
