I read the story on why the Military has a hard time reaching the goal. They can give you all the excuses in the world.

It is not the pay we got. I got paid well in my opinion.
It was not even the hours we worked.

Snappy Little page-limiting beggar
You've been trying to squeeze a $5.99 monthly meal plan out of me, and a hundred-thousand otherwise loyal users of Yahoo services for years. At least in the past after a few clicks, the size of the page I needed to read my email increased to a normal size.
