Stop publishing divisiveness and articles about ugliness
The Yahoo homepage has some worthwhile articles, but reading about a deer with a halfborn fawn isn't something I need to know about. Instead of deliberately looking for ugliness, how about supporting beauty - there is more of that in nature than your homepage can post. Also, please just stop posting articles that contribute to divisiveness.

Alexander Nazaryan needs to think before writing.
Alexander is just sparking the fire of the Right. He needed to make sure in his article that this was a recommendation. As a matter of fact, it should have been in the headline. These types of articles are what causes the Right to take to the streets or better yet, hit the capital building. Could have mentioned the idiocy of Ted Cruz sipping his beer on X. Just saying Alexander, thinks about how your words and the context you use, causes you know what to hit the fan.

Customer support is horrible
OMG, I called customer support. Took more than 20 minutes to speak to the rep. She kept telling me to speak louder but if I spoke louder, I would've been shouting and then she hung up on me. When I came to the survey, it asked the question 3 X before accepting my 1 rating for the abysmal service you provide.
My original complaint has to do with the algorithm you use to monitor comments in Yahoo News. Can you please stop this nonsense!!!

Who are the idiots that determine what is said is right or wrong? Publish the list of names.
How can your company say that they are not censoring when they censor!? When I submit a comment and immediately am told it is not by YAHOO's guidelines, it means that you have defined what your company allows before it's even looked at by a human! That's censorship! And when you don't tell us who determines these guidelines, you are presenting a no-win situation for your users which means you are censoring!
