You might want to stop (and discourage) your advertisers from running the "latest/greatest" script format to avoid jamming up computers.
Just run the old formats. Audio visual content on the internet has literally been around for decades now. The new formats offer NO discernible advantage. They're just a pain.

Visitors welcome sign - but horrible experience when you actually go in
Change your policy regarding visitor parking at your main HQ and hire competent and courteous security guards. You are the only company in Silicon Valley where I can't park for 5 minutes and go and take a photo of the sign in front of the building. And the security person was aggressive, discourteous and not very smart. You have Visitors Welcome signs, but it seems they do not apply in this case...which is ridiculous. Furthermore, it seems that it is ok to park and access the bay trail (and leave the car probably for more than an hour), but god…

Navigation should contain a feedback icon and an edit icon allowing the user to configure the navigation with the icons.
Main page Navigation can have an edit feature allowing the user to choose from all icons, which to display and where. You just need to supply the default.

Please stop your Yahoo image from moving.
I absolutely hate animation forced on me. So distracting. Divides the mind from focusing. Please stop your logo image from moving. And also all the other pics next to stories. I have to manually stop them over and over. Surely we can choose when we want animation if we want it, no? But there is no way to stop your logo.

Yahoo! and AOL are helping incite division and polarizing through reader comments. It is easy for the comments to manipulate others.
I have noticed that story comments by readers are increasingly negative, abusive, and creating more discord in our already uncivil society. It's so easy for these comments to incite hatred with their incessant insults. Facebook admitted they are aware of foreign entities on their format attempting to influence Americans. You are equally--maybe more so -- responsible for this irresponsibility. Why not suspend reader comments after articles for three months and gauge the results? I find few commenters have even a rudimentary grasp of historical fact and are quick to condemn and insult anyone who doesn't share their own personal emotions.…

insulting popup
Remove the popup "Box is not checked" - it is very rude to insinuate that a user is unintelligent that a blank box means it is not 'checked' - please stop insulting my intelligence - thank you

Offensive ad from LifeBuzz
Really I do not want to see a cat hanging dead in a garage. That was disgusting, and Yahoo doesn't seem to know where to draw the line when it comes to the ads. Also, I do not want to see photos of half-naked women, women showing off their *****, or any Kardashian, as all of these leave me nauseated.

I use kindle HDX. It keeps telling me I need some newsroom app I can't even use. Add a 'continue to your post' option please so I can get to my posts and see the replies. If you make a free app for kindle I'm good with that.
