Why is the EU tell us what to do on the USA internet
Why was I re-directed from the Yahoo home page on 8/19/2018 twice. As soon as I logged on Yahoo It was a disclaimer that I had to accept or not use Yahoo. It was a statement telling me Yahoo accepted direction the the European Union and new laws were in effect and I had to accept tracking cookies or not use Yahoo. So 1. Too many panels to click through
Please stop with the loading of new panels for showing things that are lists. I personally stop reading the list when I see a next page box. Why can't you load them in one file and let me scroll down. If it is only advertising you are worried about, don't, I don't look at them either.

Make Yahoo! dominant again by becoming "the place for privacy".
There are alot of us out here looking for alternatives to the creepy big brother policies of Google and FaceBook. If Yahoo! were to re-position themselves as "the place for privacy" and legitimately deliver I suspect they would regain significant marketshare.
Roadmap:
Design an easy-to-use "opt-in" mechanism allowing users to choose the ads, news and products that they want to see. Perhaps even a configurable "what do I need this week" interface that allows users to let Yahoo! know the product(s) or service(s) they need right away.Campaign:

Format it more attractively with the best story on top
Formatting plays a vital role when it comes to readers' choice of reading material. Most of the time the latest story is on top, be it a bad one or not. Change is required there , as it can put one off or grasp the readers' attention all the way down.
