How many times must I click the "X" and check the box that states the ad is distracting before you stop this annoyance. Are you trying to push people away from your site?

See my above comment. I am tired of these ads, especially for female fashions that just seem to never go away, no matter how many times I have tried to, or asked to have them removed.
These ads do nothing for me but annoy me and I'm tired of it. -

I want to know how to eliminate those annoying, irrelevant, repetitive ads
that keep popping up on the right side of the screen. -

How do I remove these annoying ads?

I know you need adds to continue to function, but there are too many. I don't pay any attention to them now. I will be dropping Yahoo! soon if it continues as the page is slow to load and the articles I might was to read become unreadable as load after load changes the page and things jump around. This has been my home page for over 20 years. Shame to leave it, probably forever.

Why not fix your bloody ads so that 1, when you click on why you dont want it, it actually sticks, 2 make it so that they dont lag out machines, i run a fast machine and every **** time your ad is loading, it locks up the browser, 3. give us the ability on our menu page to select what ads we really would like to see(min 1 up to max whatever), and 4, if a person wants no adds, allow them to pay you 1.99 a month or some such to be add free.

Horoscope option gone from front page. Now it's just big ads--too many! It used to be an option to display or not. However, I don't have the option to delete "score card"--which I don't care for.
Whether some like horoscope or not is not the issue. It's having the choice.

when you have the option of not seeing an ad and yet after deleting it every time you open the yahoo page, why do you keep showing it over and over as you scroll down the page, why bother with the option of deleting when it in fact does not delete but show it more often and consistantly on the page?

Previously I could let you know if I thought an add was offensive or I just didn't like it, and it went away. Now it's there no matter what, and I am looking to replace Yahoo.

It's STUPID for an AD to take up 1/3 of the screen. I would never buy anything from that type of ad.

I will no longer be using Yahoo as my home page. You truly can't believe people want to view your content smack dab in the middle of a distracting giant add? Thanks but no thanks.
