Please allow us to filter the homepage news. I love Yahoo but the liberal news propaganda is disgusting.
I just want to be able to block content from appearing on my homepage. It's really annoying to have to see such obvious propaganda and hate news in order to get to my email. I used to love reading the days events but you've alienated me and I get my news and entertainment from other sources now. Provide ALL content and let your customers set filters for what they want to see. Please be fair.

The Yahoo "tech support staff" does nothing. I keep trying to rid myself of the stench from HuffPo and WaPo (really stupid acronyms, by the way) and I keep seeing more of this garbage and other celebrity-driven drivel. Yahoo has 30 days to stop annoying the **** out of me before I leave.

I agree, almost all of the articles on my news feed I have marked as "see less from ..." and that is all I see on my news feed. I am tired of the left-wing propaganda and celebrity articles.

For those not desperate enough to try the script, remember to visit your favorite news sites and click on the "top stories" section to find out what's going on. Huffington Post is listed by Alexa as one of the top most visited news sites, but I suspect most of those visits are by Yahoo's staff. Avoid clicking on any stories by Huff Post and never, EVER click on any ads offered by Yahoo at all (on ANY story) until they grow up and overcome their bigotry.

An interesting discovery: apparently somebody has created an open source script and posted it online for free download that removes Huffington Post from a Yahoo news stream. They also claim the newest version removes other junk news like Vox and Thinkprogress from a Yahoo news stream. I tried it and it didn't work on my computer, but my browser is old, so it might work on yours if you are feeling desperate. Yahoo has known how hated Huff Post is by the bulk of their readers for over a decade, so I doubt they will do anything about it anytime soon. I don't think this script will harm your computer since mine still seems fine.

There are way to many liberal leaning articles on the Yahoo home page. Would like to see more conservative articles.

I've just about reached the conclusion that I should stop visiting Yahoo.com for news stories. There is an obvious heavy bias in the content, and far too few stories that I find relevant to me. I miss when Yahoo allowed me to filter content to my liking.

Beware of being brain-washed... Linking the two ideas "Liberals" and "hate news" is illogical -- and the likely result of consuming too much propaganda disguised as news.

I really miss how it was possible to no longer see news items that I didn't want to see. I really couldn't possibly care any less about anything the English royal family does or if celebrities ******. I miss being able to not have any of that stupid ******** show up in my news feed. You really need to bring that back.

You need to allow customization of the news feed shown on the homepage. No one should be spammed with all Hollywood tabloid ********.

I am a long time user of Yahoo homepage and was a Yahoo webhosting member,Please for the love of God, allow users to be able to block content from certain news sources. More and more, Yahoo is alienating my family and myself with the constant trash on our homepage. Is it really worth accepting sponsorship from news groups when it is pushing away your users? We now avoid viewing your news articles. Yahoo could easily update their system to allow users to block content for any news source it finds offensive. I hope Yahoo heeds the calls of its users before we all leave for other search engines where we wont be alienated every time we log in. Thank you

A filter that allows readers to choose subjects to block for viewing on the Yahoo homepage. Thank you for your time.

I have not looked at this opening page before. My lord, the bias is unbelievable! Is there anything out there other than leftist propaganda? Be better Yahoo!

Dislike or remove button. Tired of Kardashians, NFL, Kapernick, etc.
Let me view what I want, not what you want me to see. -

I don't like reading one single article from The Huffington Post and a slew of others. Please provide a filter for users to block or remove sources they do not like.
That way, the ones we might be interested in may appear more on the home page. The only thing users are allowed so far is just being able to click " i dont like this" on ads

This would be great! there are sources that post consistently biased articles that are just divisive and usually show a bigotry on their part. I would love to be able to choose the news organizations to view.
