When I click on "show less from this" I expect you to show less! Instead every time 'm here, I get more. I want my personal yahoo page to show less sports, Trump and Markel...etc, yet I get more. My page is mostly just these three things because you thing showing LESS means showing MORE. Nothing like having what I see controlled commandant Yahoo. only get to see what YOU want me to see, nothing else. Thanks for being the dictator you are.

Please allow us to block specific news providers from our news feed. This has not been completed, even though Yahoo Administration said so in an email to me on Dec. 18th. Most publications that I try to block retain some of the articles from that same day and come back again the following day. Very frustrating!!! Please give us true blocking ability!!!

We have a problem. I do work to provide you with examples of said problem. You want me to send them to you on a social media platform I refuse to use. Why am I bothering? Later Yahoo.

Not only does it not show less, but my managed publishers seems to keep being reset regularly and removing all of my settings. What is even the point of the "Show less..." link if it does nothing and is constantly reset. I do not look at Kardashian articles so it does not follow the cookies connected to my usage. I block all pointless "how-to" articles and shallow celebrity articles but yet there they are, again and again...

agree with these comments - I go through, select see-less-of certain publishers, and there it is later, again, I have to re-select see less of. Do you delete your "see less of" selections? Do they last one day? Is there a maximum number one can de-select? Stop publishing fluff. I go to Reuters for news. I have to go through Yahoo for emails. I don't do Twitter. Yahoo has turned into a joke.

Cutting down on certain publishers does not work. I have continually requested to see less of certain publishers, and they keep recurring, where apparently my request to see less of them is brand new every time, i.e., it doesn't retain my previous requests, or perhaps it deletes them after one day. Stop publishing fluff! Stop publishing exclusively strongly pro-left stories, which are not stories, but rage merchants.

Is there only one person in the whole company working on this? Is that one person also responsible for getting everybody else their coffee? This feature does not work and I AM TIRED OF SEEING ARTICLES FROM TEEN VOGUE, ELLE, WHO WHAT WEAR, AND OTHER NONSENSE ORIGINS. FIX THIS BUG!!!

I would prefer If I wouldn';t receive propaganda at all in my news from the likes of Huffpost. Even their headlines are pathetic. I opoted to see less of Huffpost and it seems like I am seeing more of their misleading journalism than I did before I asked to see less of them. You should read their news on your site, they are pathetic. It makes Yahoo look bad.

I don't use Twitter, but it appears that you can only exclude 20 publishers. That isn't anywhere near enough to filter out all the worthless and/or unapplicable news snippets from appearing.
Please bump it up to 50 publishers exclusions.

Yeah don't have a Twitter account, but I have 3 separate screen shots of 3 different publishers that had previously been filtered out. I don't know why I'm doing your work for you, but since I took the time where can I send them?

Screenshots? Do you use your own product? Does anyone on your "product team" use Yahoo? Because I'm pretty sure this is affecting all users, not just me.

Dear Product Support: I don't do "Twitter". You can provide an e-mail address and I'll be happy to send you as many screenshots as you want.

Just in the past 4 hours, I have clicked on the same "show less" on the EXACT SAME ARTICLE from THE EXACT SAME SOURCE 3 separate times. Every time I go back in, there is the same article from Brides.com talking about how to use mirrors for better ***, or from source "Who What Wear" for straight leg boots. I take easily 30 minutes each time to dutifully scrub down the page of over 30 articles. I eliminated every article from Goal.com, because I am not a soccer guy. I deleted every article from the sites featuring NASCAR, because I am not a gearhead redneck. And of course, I "show less"ed the same article on Jessica Simpson's baby's ***. because I don't care, it is not my kid. If I went back int he feed right now, those articles would be in there again.
I don't do Twitter, but I could do a Skype screenshare with you to show you exactly how this scrubbing feature does not work.
There IS an easier solution, just give us a content filtering tool, similar to what AdBlok could give us, but build it into Yahoo. Content filtering would allow me to enter in a character string - for example, why don't you simply start it by putting in the name of that ****** family whose name begins with K (I refuse to even write it and give them more hits), and have it scrub all mention of them from my feed? I can then add in other terms, like "Markle", and see anything with that word disappear. This "Yahoo content filtering" will benefit Yahoo, because you will be able to quickly see whose popularity is ending, just by tabulating how many people are putting certain terms in their block list. Yahoo currently has the "What's hot" top 10 in the upper right above the fold, you can similarly offer a "what is definitely NOT hot" right next to it, and we can watch the K whores die on public opinion. The content filtering should be easy to produce as well, as AdBlok is open source, and it would just entail your putting a new item in your Settings area.
You give us this content filtering, and you could knock off easily half of the Feedback items currently open on this page. It would even make some of the blind Trump supporter idiots happy.

I am not part of twitter so is there is no way to talk to support even via email?
Past time to find a new email and web provider. -

There are multiple threads here in feedback letting you know that whenever a user chooses to see less stories from a publisher, that publisher is the first and most frequent to show up in the news feed. How incompetent are you that after months of this problem it has not yet been addressed??

Oh I get it now. They get paid to push these articles. If we block them, Yahoo won't get paid. No wonder they always have Kardashian trash articles, they get paid to publish them. Yahoo = $5 ****** on the street corner.
