Legal question; can Yahoo be named in a lawsuit for knowingly promoting/showing a false or dangerous product, service or story? E.g., stop snoring by placing a small plastic chip on your nose, even though you could ingest while asleep? Some of the ads/stories are false and it can be argued that Yahoo, acting as a reasonable person, is culpable?

Yes I see the ad because I am forced to do so again and again, but I have been conditioned to despise the product thanks to the scroll hijack being repeated over and over and over and over and over again...

Just want to let you know that after years, and years of using yahoo as my home home page, there are to many 'AD' sites, no realy news, and the huge advertisement splash page behind - I am going to google news as my home page, Sorry to see that the only thing you have going are the ads.

Often, ads appearing on top of my mail inbox, are obvious scams, hoax's, attempts to steal other peoples money. It is very deteriorating for Yahoo's position as a serious actor in the IT/communication sector, and of course, is very annoying for me as a user.
I do not mind ads, but I do mind Yahoo giving crooks a big playground, apparently without you trying to stop them. -

My yahoo mail page is being overtaken by a German language popup message. The translation makes it look like it's coming from yahoo and has something to do with an advertising agreement. Help me get rid of it.

I'm always seeing my recently visited sites as very offensive ads covering even the half of the screen. I recently visited your web site for getting the latest information related with the local elections made on Germany. Did not see anything on the "remaining" screen. I made a search with "Ctrl+F" and typed "Germany" and get: "No Results"...So sad...So sad...I know which web sites I had recently visited, but "I don't know" about "what would be going on" in the future at Germany. (Do we have to) Worry about...Germany...

Stop taking 30 pages to relate a story that could easily be told in many fewer pages just so you can pad your ad revenue. Many of us ignore interesting topics because we know your 'bait and switch' tactics will hide the topic we want to see behind dozens of slowly loading pages of ads so we avoid the frustration and bypass them.

STOP those freekin ads that run down a story every time I try to read one. I finally got a new home page on account of this... and it's not Yahoo any longer. Good-bye to the idiots that thought of doing that .

Auto play audio with no control, no window, no way to stop it. It's stealthy, sneaky and unfair. I'm already a customer clicking and generating ad revenue, please don't do this.

The percentage of "sponsored" content on the homepage is unacceptably high, especially when "sponsored" is known to be another word for "ad", "commercial" or "****". There's way too much of it. Further, so much of it really is click-bait garbage, and Yahoo should maintain a minimum standard of quality for all content, even "sponsored" content. Ads that promote garbage that isn't true or doesn't work, articles that are formatted as slideshows with 60 slides to click through to consume what would fit into a page or two of content, "template" articles (ie: "she kept this hidden through 8 seasons of filming") - get rid of all that ****.

Because you now choose to put ads on the left side over the articles I will use a different search engine. Very annoying
