The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

Sorry Yahoo, but after decades of use as my home page which I loved, you have lost me as a user. Here are the reasons the new page does not work for me. Check my clicks or whatever to see how few times I have come onto the new homepage compared to the dozens of times a day before.
1. I can not customize my news. There is hardly any conservative view, i.e. no FOX, WSJ, or other middle or conservative news. Only meaningless clickbait or unwanted far left articles.
2. I review the my stock positions a lot and the homepage was easy to use. Yes, I know I can use the Finanical section but why should I have to bounce around on multiple pages when I did have everything I wanted on 1 home page.
3. I figure if you are going to make me go through the major hassle of finding a new home page and recreating my own news sources, I will not help you.
I will check back periodically to see if you happen to bring back the old MyYahoo. If you do, I might come back if I am not already entrenched in whatever my new "homepage" is.

Re-do the new yahoo from top to bottom. Remove ad at top of page, allow be to set # of columns, let me go back to "My Yahoo" This so-called improvement is a major step backwards.

Yeah here’s my brilliant idea… listen to your users. Quit letting AI tell you what we want and listen to your user’s. Get rid of the new format and the people that thought it was awesome!

To maximize the value advertisers gain from Yahoo Finance, it's crucial to engage the broadest possible audience of end users. Offering a choice in page layout—such as reintroducing the Classic View alongside the current layout—could significantly enhance user satisfaction and retention. Many end users have expressed a preference for the Classic View, and accommodating their needs would likely increase engagement, benefitting advertisers who rely on these interactions to effectively reach their audience.
Yahoo Finance plays a pivotal role in connecting advertisers with potential customers, and user experience is at the core of this relationship. By providing layout options, Yahoo Finance demonstrates a commitment to both its end users and its advertisers, reinforcing its position as a premier platform for financial news and advertising.
Would it be too significant of a challenge to reintroduce the Classic View as an option? The potential benefits—higher user satisfaction, increased engagement, and better outcomes for advertisers—make this an investment worth considering. The math clearly supports this move as a win-win for all stakeholders.

Like so many others, the new Yahoo Home Page is barely usable and much hated. I don't know why tech is always in search of fixing a problem that doesn't exist. If you must keep this poorly thought monstrosity, at least give us tools to customize the page. I have zero interest in the latest celebrity's sharing of too much information, the Hawk Tuah girl or so much more extraneous and ungrouped topics. Sad to say after over 20 years, I am ready to abandon Yahoo. This is not just a joke but an insult to ling time users.

Allow user to decide!!

The only things left from my "My.Yahoo" page are the weather and trending topics, and those aren't in a good spot for my preferences. I was also slowly losing access to my RSS feeds, so I guess this is the next (ill-)logical step. Everything else on this "new" page is not wanted or in most cases even desired - I want to customize what I want to see, not what you want me to see!!!!! I've been using this site for many years and hate this layout completely! Bring back (and improve) the old format ASAP.

Yahoo needs to go back to the old format. This new format you can't set the weather location, your sports teams, finances or customize your Yahoo page to how you like it.

If you must replace MyYahoo and call it something else for whatever reason, please make it as customizable as MyYahoo was with bookmarks, calendar, news sources, weather, etc.
