The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

The new font being used is extremely difficult to read, finding stories is more difficult due to horizontal placement, and selecting a section such as "Politics" reveals stories unrelated to politics on a page too wide to fit on the screen, jumbled pictures and story headlines, spaced vertically at random -- it can't be explained other than "broken mess." There was absolutely nothing wrong with the format you had been using; consider reverting back to what worked and abandon changing simply for the sake of change.

The grid of many items on a page is confusing. The previous format with a picture in the left and description to the right was easier to scan and digest.

The new layout is far worse than before. it's unorganized. Content is everywhere. It was much better in 1 column and scroll down. Also. Would like an option to hide/remove/ or collapse an article that I've read and no longer want to see.

Agreed! No option to change it back, no warning...nothing. Just another 'update to refresh our UI', I'm sure. Of course, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!

Bring back the old homepage or at least give us the option of using the classic homepage as you do with yahoo mail

It looks like it zooms in and out when the ads change. Per internet search it's a very common issue. Please fix it. I've had my yahoo account for a very long time, but this issue may force me to change to another service.

Hi, I loathe the new look on Yahoo!Weather. The big fat font for the city name is ugly and the silly colour emojis at the bottom of the screen are worse. They waste the pleasure of finding beautiful city pictures from Flickr. Please restore the previous elegant look.

Verizon seems to be a good phone Company but when it comes to the Yahoo search engine they are badly lacking. The Yahoo site continuously freezes and Reboots, over then over again. I have been with Yahoo through the good and bad times and before Verizon took over things were a lot better than now. Just hire someone who can fix these glitches and everyone would be satisafied otherwise you will loose mor eand more subscribers.

Recreation steps:
Open home page in chrome (latest update)
as home page loads just sit and watch and wait until you see the page zoom way in then go back to normal.
Once its back to normal wait some more and it will resize again and again and again and again... it not hardly tolerable anymore. -

Totally agree the new page is terrible. Was already considering eliminating Yahoo from my daily routine but they are making the choice easier.

Looking to leave by the end of the week and never come back unless the site is changed back. If I wanted a smaller area to read my homepage, I would have a smaller screen. Stop taking away my reading area with ads.
