Stop reloading the PIP (floating video) after I've closed it

Once I've closed the PIP box, do not reload it every time I scroll. It's extremely distracting. If I wanted the video, I wouldn't have closed it in the first place.

    There's no reason to keep putting it back on the page once it's been closed.
