Unclosable Apple Ad
The fact that I cannot close that Apple ad is extremely annoying and has now officially pushed me away from Yahoo! permanently.

Absolutely cannot stand the ads on the top of the page. The ones you cannot close are even worse. Will be switching to MSN. Yahoo does not listen. It is all about the money.

I agree. The only ad that takes up 3/4 of my screen and cannot be closed for the entire day is extremely annoying. As of today I am going on a search for a different page

after this morning I agree. I wrote last time that I was not a fan of Apple and did not like the fact I could nopt close the ad. I thought they had changed. Now they are back.

this AD alone is major reason I am searching for a new site to use for my homepage and mail.. I am sick of yahoo... and Apple really.. get a life ... not all of us have drank that koolaid!!!! next the unclosable ad with be facebook ...

Even with the X on them to close those blasted ads, they are not gone. They still run in the background. Time to boycott Apple AND Yahoo!!

I agree that these Apple ads without the "X" to close them are pathetic and I have to wonder why there is no "X" to close it. The size of these ads for Apple is ridiculous in every sense. I hate you Yahoo.......................You care nothing about the people that use your site.

Continues annoyance. I don't come to the Yahoo homepage to view ads. I want to read articles or check e-mail.It is hard to do anything. I think you also have loaded these Apple ads in a way that one can't do anything immediately until the ad is fully loaded. So we have to stare at this stupid ad. I don't stare at it. I get up and do a little tour around my house. The whole thing is annoying and not necessary. I would never purchase an Apple product in a million years. I don't like the product...period.

Does Yahoo ever take any action on our feedback or are the advertising dollars that Apple pays them worth more than their users? We'll all have our answer if and when the next un-closable Apple ad pops up.

Yes please give the option to close just like the other ads. Or does Apple pay you to not give that option?
