Answers.com sponsored ads are loaded with viruses. I used to love Yahoo news, now I hate it.
Yahoo news is getting worse by the day. I understand Yahoo needs to turn more profits, but linking to sites like Answers.com is just going to **** people off, not line your pockets.

The ads I really, really hate, are the shopping banners both on top and bottom, of the site I'm trying to order from, showing "better deals"! It has a place on both upper and lower banners, so you can delete for an hr, day, or week. A week lasts about one minute. When I read the instructions to delete permanently it was impossible to decipher and I think they have disguised themselves, so you can't find them. HELP!!!

Stop with the Scam Sponsored Content! More than have of the "financial help" ads are from companies with massive complaints registered against them and investigations by state and federal governments.

Not only was the Apple ad very intrusive, today you were running an ad for The Big Bang Theory which automatically played both video and sound. I work in a quiet environment and switch back and forth from the Yahoo home page frequently. It is a royal pain to have to silence the ad each time. You should understand that intrusive advertisements are absolutely COUNTERPRODUCTIVE!
An alternative service home page is looking more and more attractive by the minute!

They make the sponsored 'articles' which are ads harder to notice. I hate these things and have no intention of clicking them yet still do so on accident due to them trying to make it easier to mistake as real articles.

All this does is make me say "YAHOO, YOU MOTHER******" under my breath, it does not make me read the AD, as a matter of fact I go out of my way NOT to look at the AD.

Me too. But they don't give a **** one way or the other. All they want is to shove **** down our throats. I refuse to patronize any product that over advertises. It's getting so that every piece of media is there for the express purpose of selling something. So, to Solar City, Credit Card companies, and others, GOODBYE. You won't get my business.

I am going to file complaints against Yahoo with the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission for accepting advertising from Stansberry Research. The guy has been fined for giving false investment advice that cost clients millions of dollars.
