Adjust your automatic email deletion system
You seem to have a policy where you just delete ENTIRE email accounts worth of emails due to 1 year of inactivity, I don't know if you've ever met someone who has spent a decent amount of their life living around the internet or not but this policy is pretty horrendous for some of these people, some have emails going back to very young in their lives and its not even mentioned sufficiently, I went to see if my late mother had sent me anything in the past on my FIRST EMAIL only to find it is completely cleared. Please put better filters in place -- if the "ad" says "Verizon" and the big "Click Here" button doesn't point to Verizon, well.....then.....mark it as spam and keep it out of the Inbox.

I received an email from the feedback people asking me to contact them through Facebook or Twitter. I am on neither one of those platforms. I don't want news stories, I don't give two shiPs about sports or current events, I don't want advertising, I JUST WANT MY STUPID EMAIL APP.
Please get rid of all the other garbage you've linked to your email app.

email address to forward phishing emails intended to compromise yahoo account
I received a phishing email today telling me my yahoo email account was going to be de-activated. I called yahoo support (I'm a paid yahoo support subscriber) to see if yahoo had an email address where such phishing emails could be forwarded (and hopefully followed up on by yahoo), but I was told there was none. It would be helpful if yahoo took customer account security seriously enough to where customers could forward phishing emails as I described above and even more importantly, yahoo would then follow-up to shut down the malicious agents.

I'm about ready to delete this piece of **** for good!! Email was freezing up 2 years ago, now it's freezing up again. 🙄 UNACCEPTABLE!!! On top of that, the spoofed emails, ie morons pretending to be geek squad, PayPal, McAfee, Chase Manhattan, Amazon, et al ad nauseam, are beyond ******* annoying!!! 😠😡👎

I think its rediculous for my daughtet to not be allowed to open a new email account because the jackas from yahoo refuse to believe it not
Yahoo doesn't allow my daughter to open an email account on my phone because they refuse to believe its not me..... there is no waiver for that ..

If you want to keep customers, I suggest you make them get the product they wanted to purchase. Getting a product you didn't want, didn't order, and can't use doesn't make a user out by shoving and forcing your link to appear on the computer window.

The three lines on the left front corner dont show up so i can sign out or visit other mail folders.
I cannot open other folders in my mailbox nor can i sign out due to the three lines are missing that allow visits to my other folders or to sign out. Please fix the problem!
