    Do you really expect people to agree to letting you "analyze" our emails? or do you just expect people to agree to this without reading it? been using yahoo email for nearly 20 yeras but looks like it's time to switch to gmail.

  4. Put news button back in yahoo mail app

    I enjoyed being able to access yahoo news directly in my mail app. You could refresh and instantly get the newest stories. The news app just seems to recycle the old stuff. Please replace this feature.

  5. Title- privacy policy stopped

    With your new privacy policy- when I sign in every time I have to hit the accept button- is there a way to stop that because it is really annoying.

  6. Make signing into my account less convoluted

    I am deeply frustrated with the hoops I have to jump through now in order to sign in to my Yahoo! account from a desktop computer.
    I few months ago, I was no longer able to sync my Yahoo! accounts with my Moto phone which uses Google. I was seemingly railroaded into getting the Yahoo! mail app on my phone. I greatly preferred being able to access all of my email accounts through one app on my phone but now that's is not possible thanks to your company.

  9. Yahoo needs sme actual customer support.

    I have had an account for nearly 20 years, and I have been locked out due to "suspicious activity" by Yahoo.I am being prompted to send an email to the secondary account I have listed. I no longer have the secondary email account that I listed when setting up the account nearly 20 years ago.The chat, help forums, and community articles that Yahoo loves so much are completely useless.   10. Empty spam

    I would like the new mobile skin for iOS users to contain an "empty" button again. It's terribly inconvenient to click/ highlight each message, in pages of 10, to delete spam.

  11. Remove ad space in email.

    Hi, my suggestion is that Yahoo consider removing the ad space to the right of the email viewing page so we readers are not having to constantly battle the ads appearing and shrinking our viewer space. I have provided ad feedback many times by using the X box and selecting from the options but, nothing seems to change about the ad space. Again, please remove that ad space in the email viewing page.
