Why at least 17 of top ~25 first Home page news items from Motley Fool??
Yes, I know Motley Fool is apparently owned by Yahoo, but if you want readers to stick around, quit abusing the position. In fact, virtually all the the 25 or 30 lead articles are stock market related. Not why I keep Yahoo as my home page.

Please watch for dog whistles in comments. Specifically articles where blacks have committed a crime: Remarks like “animals”, “13%”, “certain groups”. It all means “that inferior race”. I see these code words after every such article. I call them out on it and them My comments get flagged for removal!

Your alogrythm is not very bright
In comments, I once made a reference to "Nazi Germany". It's an historical place. Apparently the term "Nazi" was problem for you. OK. Most recently I sited a quote from "A Midsummer Nights Dream" (Puck: "What fools these mortals be.") there must have been a problem with the word "fools." Your algorithm is not very bright. Another example, regarding an article about Disney in Florida, I said that they should leave the state. In a response, assuming that I'm a Democrat, implied that I might be a "pedophile". That was OK with you. Really?

Bias Safeguard for Titles of Articles
I read a news article this morning on Yahoo written by the Daily Beast. In the article title, the author used a 1970's bigoted reference for people who love Jesus. I don't see Yahoo allowing forms of historically slanderous and hurtful references to other people in the titles of articles so why is anti-Catholic bias ok? I thought Yahoo had a stronger EDI program than this. Please stop mainstreaming pejorative terms from the past.

Make customer support available to everybody.
No one wants to have to create a brand new email because they don't always have the luxury of being able to add yet another monthly subscription to their list of expenses. Make account recovery accessible to those who have accounts if need be. Getting a new phone number shouldn't be a problem when it comes to having a yahoo account.
