Following the 9/17 football game between Oklahoma State and Arkansas Pine Bluff, clicking on the links to the game statistics takes you to the page where the statistics briefly appear ... then are immediately replaced by an ad, with the game statistics nowhere to be found. Is that really a good idea? Seriously? Do your developers understand how to manage pages?

Eliminate post in the MLB section from teams of other sports (NFL,NHL,NBA, etc.) just because they have the same team name as a MLB team. This makes Yahoo look very silly and ridiculous that you can't delineate between major sports franchises.

Posts like 'Israeli forces kill two Palestinians' should not be posted with URLs that include the word 'sport'. This is a frequent occurrence with posts that are to do with current affairs. It shows poor judgement by your editing staff.

Shalise Manza Young is an incredibly offensive and tone deaf yahoo writer and shouldn't be allowed to write any more of her very biased and opinionated articles. She does nothing but try to stir the pot in the worst way imaginable, and Yahoo shouldn't be encouraging this type of opinonated 'journalism'. She does nothing but complain and insult people she doesn't know, only to seemingly make herself feel better about having her incredibly warped sense of self righteousness. She does not speak for Yahoo readers and is actually putting them off. Yahoo should choose their writers more wisely.

PLEASE eliminate stories from non-MLB teams from the MLB page (Arizona Cardinals, NY Rangers and NY Giants)- it embarrasses you. Also- don't lead off the sports page with a story rom the Oscars - plenty of other places for that junk.
Please let us sports fans have their own true section and do it correctly. -

At the conclusion of your story about the Indiana cheerleaders reaction to their viral moment in the game with St Mary's, you incorrectly state that St Mary's will now face Murray State who beat San Francisco. In fact, St Mary's will next face UCLA.

Shalize Manza Young is a toxic opinion writer and needs to be fired. Every article of hers goes against Yahoo's "Do as I say not as I do" rules for commenting! Double standard extreme. Additionally if you look at how many down votes and comments (at least the ones that aren't censored) refuting or calling her out on her hateful and racist bias agenda it is quite obvious that she is not a sports writer or even a nice human being! First off, yahoo as a whole have turned into the biggest bunch of chomos that I've ever seen in my life and I'd love to get the CEO in the streets and treat him like he treats children after he has his way with them. Third Get new writers for your articles cause no one but corporate ********, the worthless democrat party and possibly blm (which who cares about then anyways. They murdered a white women in Indy for saying all lives matter) cares about your liberals writers opinion. The article about the Indianapolis colts quarterback that was traded had nothing to do with your writers in any way yet he, she or it had to throw in their that the quarterback refused to get the vaccine. So what. So did I and since we are Americans and since the data came out saying that the vaccine was useless anyways, killed 1300 people in the last 3 months alone and had more side effects (like changing human DNA) then most any other medicine aloud on the market ever, is there a prob with someone wanting to not get the vaccination? You guys are pathetic letting that article by Shalise Manza Young be published about Michele Tafoya. I've listened to what she has said and you have completely mischaracterized everything. That article implies that she's racist by her comments but that is not at all what she said. She wants equality just like the rest of us. Stop pushing this propaganda that tears the nation apart.

To allow her to use Yahoo! Sports as a platform to spew divisive hate is a poor journalistic decision, unless the editorial board agrees with her values...Then there is no hope for equality and humanity. -

Full disclosure: I'm a political moderate and I agree with about 1/3 of what Shalise Manza Young has an opinion on, but you need to examine whether's she's beneficial for Yahoo! as a business and causes that you can get behind.
Her voice is singularly divisive and nothing more. She spends time telling readers who to be mad at and what to be upset about, and no time with any positive thought or things to be encouraged by. If she can't find those stories to be told from any community, then maybe she's just trolling for clickbait headlines to sink Yahoo! Sports to a lowest denominator. Her articles are Fox News, TMZ, Donald Trump, and Perez Hilton if you remember him.
Do better starting in 2022 and going forward.
