Yep this is bad and needs attention. A portfolio is fluid and changes on a regular basis. Need this info updated. This has gone on for a month.

My portfolio has become more and more unreliable over time. I keep getting a message that says "Unable to load your portfolios Please try reloading the page" Used to only happen sometimes and became more and more frequent, it then happened every time but I was still able to reload and get my portfolio. Now I cant get my portfolio at all.

My computer actually loads the portfolio, but in a few seconds it closes it, with the same message. But it still exists, as I can export it to my excel spreadsheet.

Update to last post....custom views don't work at all, i.e. clicking on "My View" always results in blank screen. This is sad since standard view is defective.....hard to read and does not provide name & other important fields. The only action that works part of the time is using the drop down for My Portfolios, which automatically switches to standard view.

Problem has become very unpredictable this morning. I almost never get the portfolio requested and the feature has become a useless waste of time. I now get a blank screen most of the time after requesting a second portfolio. Getting a blank screen instead of an "unable to load" message does not qualify as a solution people! When I am lucky enough to get the requested info, I found that if I scroll the screen would refresh and go blank. Refreshing now fails to provide relief, it simply brings up another blank screen. What a pile of ****!

Problem still waiting for a fix, though it may now be working ok in Chrome. For IE the issue continues as I previously described. Unfortunately, Yahoo thinks its Microsoft OS users are now defaulting to the new MS browser called Edge that comes with Windows 10. By not fixing this issue for IE, Yahoo is effing the remaining 47% of MS users still on older versions of the OS. If Yahoo cannot afford to FULLY support the number one OS, I suggest it free up some money by dropping support of low market-share browsers. People that use Apple or Microsoft are best served by remaining centric to their chosen platform rather than forcing us to some **** non-centric browser, Yahoo, please fix this issue for IE.

I have the same problem since 1 month. Each time, when I want to view the detail of a portfolio, the system saying "Unable to load your portfolios. Please try reloading the page."
You have 1 week to fix the problem. After, I change for another cie.

Its not getting any better while its being reviewed. Counting the other threads about the same issue, what's to study? Get it fixed! This morning, with the very first portfolio I opened, as soon as it opened I selected My View, the portfolio reopened OK but as soon as I started to scroll, I received the wonderful unable to load message. This would be hilarious if I wasn't getting ticked about the lack of attention to this issue.

Still does not work. Hello? It happens both in the standard view as well as "My View". Tends to happen when I open a second portfolio. Then I have to refresh. Refreshing sometimes opens the portfolio I requested, sometimes it opens the previous one. I notice that often times just before this issue occurs that there is a delay while an "Add Symbol" screen appears anywhere from momentarily to a few seconds prior to the unable to load screen appears. Today while the Add Symbol screen was displaying for something like 10 seconds, I noticed that the Windows message that announces a long running script is slowing things down, so I clicked on the Stop Script button, and after several more seconds the portfolio actually loaded. Not sure what the script was.....guessing it was one of the ads that plaque performance.
