No problems using a PC but portfolios when accessing using Safari on ipad (2nd generation) have stopped opening, since about 16/10/2019. Also tried on another ipad with same result, so not specific to my ipad.

I cannot open My Portfolio on Finance as of Aug 30. I called Yahoo finance tech support, told that there would be a $200 fee to correct the problem. Why would I pay $200 to fix a yahoo software problem? I see other people are having the same problem......Yahoo should fix the problem ASAP.

This is a recent experience: after displaying my Portfolio, I used to be able to click on one of these portfolios and get the full daily change of all my stocks holding in that portfolio. But now I clicked on any one of these portfolios, nothing happened. Request for help isn't too helpful, sending my a website that looks like a website http.com trying to sell more products, instead of resolving my problem. Yahoo, please fix this problem or I'll be forced to use another host site.

If you are running Internet Explorer you are out of luck. I was able to open my portfolio in I.E. by refreshing three times until recently. Early this past week, this was impossible. Then on Friday I got a perfect display on the first try. Today no luck, but there was a message saying certain browsers are not supported. Something is changing. Could be they are blocking I.E. or they are testing I.E. to add it. In the meantime I have set up Personal Capital as my stock tracking engine. It is free. If Yahoo will allow I.E., I will stay with it.

I'd be curious to hear if everyone who posts here is linked to Vanguard accounts as that is what I was told it was. the TradeIt middleman trying to interface with Vanguard and they're not responding in time. I've been dealing with this since at least Dec 2018.

I am having the same issue. Was working fine up till about 1:00 CDT. Error is occurring in both Chrome and Edge so it does appear to a browser issue.

It doesn't work for me, either. Ever since Verizon bought Yahoo I've had nothing but issues with their apps, including Finance and Mail.

I am having this problem too, and today (4/29/2019) it is very annoyingly bad. Given that these finance pages can be important because of the ~realtime nature of their contents-- this needs to be fixed quickly.

Same problem for over 4 months now. FIX THE PROBLEM. We users understand it takes time to fix and troubleshoot a problem but give me a break.
