It surprises me that companies like FedX expected that when things started to open
back up that all the folks that have been out of work for over a year and a
half would just jimp back to their jobs. I think emotionally and phyisically
it will take some time to adjust. We have to remember that there has to be some fear involved around getting infected because of the lack of
following protocols by so many and be afraid to ask someone where they stood with regards to the vaccinations etc. People are being shot
for just wearing a mask, people are physically attacking any one that is
not doing the same as someone else. This is something that large companies like FedX should put someone on staff that can deal with
all the emotions involved with 'GOING BACK TO WORK'. Come on
America, let's start acting like educated and mature people who are
running multibillion dollar companies and they pretend that they do not
know why people have not come back to work - if that is even true.
