Please let one dicide if they would like to use the previous version of Yahoo Finance or the new format. How can I switch back to the older format?

Real-time stock prices have stopped updating. This is critical and I'm having to rely on other sources.

Absolutely the worst upgrade(downgrade) I’ve ever experienced. I rely on this site to track my investments. I must find another alternative. Google finance maybe? This is painful

Please return to the previous version of Yahoo/Finance summary page.
Not all 'updates' are good ones and this certainly is not. -

Just because someone thought "new is better" needs to rethink their position. This new finance page is horrible. Trying to stuff too much into one page is ridiculous. The old summary page was easily navigated & intuitive. I don't want to scroll down the side of the entire page trying to find the portfolio I need. And I certainly don't want 70% of the page full of things not directly related to my portfolio once I open it. If this was an attempt to provide more information, we don't want more information; on the same page, at the same time, in such a condensed manner it's just frustrating. Where is the discussion link?

This new update is horrible and distracting. There is no option to return to the classic finance page as promised. I can't see my watchlist tickers on the right and don't need all of the news articles on the left. For someone that checks in periodically during the trading day, this page is overwhelming and I can't get the information I need quickly and efficiently to make modifications to my portfolio as needed. In this age of information overload, simplification is the key to success for many of us investors. The page is really slow to load as well. PLEASE bring back the classic view option.

The flashing background with new price updates is highly, highly distracting and not a feature I desire as a user of the content. As many on this feedback chain have pointed out, if very much relied on the prior format of green background (stocks that are up that trading down) versus red background (stocks that are down that day). That function allowed me to quickly focus on market trends that trading day or hour. Please stop the "flashing" background feature ASAP!

Agree, old summary much better. Red and green highlights much preferred to new revision.

I got the old Finance homepage back (you know, the one everyone liked) by clearing my browser history and cache, and restarting my browser (Firefox). Probably all I needed to do was clear cache and refresh page but I played it safe.Hope this helps those that dislike the new page layout.

Stop switching to this new format. Multiple times in the past two weeks it has switched. I complain every time. To put it nicely "It sucks!". You are more keen to have advertising space as to why your people come to look at this page. The side bar of stocks and markets column is too small width and font size. Then you keep changing the type of data shown. Please stop this on the main page. Use this format on other fiance pages, just not the main entry page.

Everything was fine the way it was. Please ring back the old site or at least allow using the old site.
