in BETA portfolios, please extend dividend payout to four total decimal places

e.g., PHX pays a quarterly per-share dividend of 0.0225; this is reflected accurately on the quote page which shows an annual dividend of 0.09 total (0.09 / 4 = 0.0225)

However, dividends were just paid and the BETA portfolio's dividend payout "amount per share" shows 0.0230 and thus the overall dividend payout is overstated.

It's extra odd that the "amount per share" shows 0.023ZERO, so you have the extra decimal place visible and available, but for some reason you're still rounding the dividend amount up prior to payout...any rounding should come at the very end of the equation against the final result, not against any of the individual components.
