YAHOO is now USELESS, I'm LEAVING and SHORTING NYSE: APO !!!
I have had a Yahoo mail account for as long as I can remember...Yahoo Finance is my PCs STARTUP / HOME PAGE... and NOW...you guys have loaded it up with SO MUCH JUNK, $hit and ADVERTISING...I have to RE-load the page and actually login 3 times BEFORE I can get my mail box OPEN...ALL of my accounts for payments, credit cards... anything and EVERYTHING I do online uses my yahoo email address for I.D. and now...I'm going to change it and LEAVE Yahoo and it's USE... Is my personal info shared anyway?
Is Yahoo Finance sharing customers' personal information and/or preferences to Ad Agencies?
When I was reading an on-line news page at one of the iconic US News papers, an ad was repeating continuously.
Clicking on the ad company in the corner revealed the source was listed as YAHOO -
for one bluue ink under purple isn't legible. whsettings icon for changes?ere is the
an add that takes up 1/3 of the not only distracting but insulting. after such add appear my patience is gone and its time to search for a better site. and by the way the adds like that are insuring that their intent will not come across or get a visit!

ads are playing sound when they should be muted
when they are muted, they should remain muted. Certain ads play loud sound whether or not it is muted. Very disrupting when the website is on in the background

You’ve gone to far
You have successfully forced me to move to another page for finance. I am tired of all the adds at the bottom of the page it blocks my view of what I am attempting to read. You can’t get rid of it try and you are pushed to another page. All set shouldn’t be force fed advertisements.

Stop all the spam "news" articles that are just a front for an ad. Specifically Smart Asset. There are times that they are 5-6 of the top 10 "news" feeds. That is ridiculous. In addition they are never new. They are reprints of older "articles" 90% of the time.

Vet adverts for fraudulant web sites adverting goods for sale
I bought a workbench from an advert on your site, Reods.com. It appears to be a scam as nothing has arrived after 4 weeks and they don't respond to queries.
How can you let firms advertise products for sale on Yahoo without checking them out to make sure they are genuine? The fact that they advertise on a reputable website acts as an endorsement that they are trustworthy does it not?
An explanation would be appreciated

How about getting your advertisements for paid reports out from the middle of my "watch list" and "following list"! If I haven't subscribed by now, I probably won't. The missing block out of my watch list is annoying. I used to be able to click and view my stocks....now I have to hit a button to "see all"! It's a cheesy campaign to convert viewers and distracting.

Yahoo prompting for Profile 2.0
I have been getting prompts and lead-ins for Yahoo Profile 2.0. Seems nice that you have new ideas in mind. When I attempt to follow the instructions for sign-up, I always get stopped at Currency: USD with no option for my home currency of CAD! There doesn't seem to be a way to stop the ads and I don't expect you have plans to do this, for CAD accounts. See the problem??

Too much spam
Message boards are unreadable because of all the spam. The sites, the crypto, the "Trade with Ms. Jenny" spam, should be easy to block, but now, with the new format, the spam is still there.
Thus the message board experience is negative.
Get rid of spam. You're a high-flying tech company, figure it out.
