1000% agree - Yahoo is known for making changes and mess with users / customers. The new views for portfolio makes too difficult to scroll and view. Yahoo developers have added the optional information which may not be valuable for all and made mandatory and take away space for all. Must change back. I am looking for alternative place where I can track my portfolio if this improvement is not made - strongly recommend to make change

Get rid of that whole right hand side quote lookup panel. It takes up valuable viewing width necessitating flipping back and forth constantly to see all the portfolio fields. That junk in the quote panel only needs to be viewed once so the top of the screen where it used to be was the perfect spot for it. Looking up the 2024 word of the year for Australia provides a perfect description of what happened to this screen.

You have the order of the columns mixed up in our portfolio pages.
After "The last Price" is the "% change", then the "change" column.
This is backwards. Reading left to right, we need to see the "last price", the "change" then the "% change" column. It isn't common practice to calculate the % change then the actual change. It's like children have randomly made changes to the finance page and layers of incompetence have approved it. -

For: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow "Expand All" is useless and annoying
When I click on Income Statement, Balance Sheet or Cash Flow it's because I want to see the whole thing. One of the reasons that the Canadian Yahoo Finance site was better than the US Version was that I didn't have to click "Expand All" every time I went on those pages on the Canadian Version. If I forget to click the "Expand All", I can miss something. What you should do is present the view that corresponds to the "Expand All" by default and for the few people who don't want to see all of the info, offer a…

Make Portfolios Graphs Enlargeable
I don't understand the negativity about the "new look".
Some of the new features like the graphs are quite useful.
And if you've made a custom view, it's no different after the update.
I wish the graphs could be detached as standalone windows and enlarged / customized, but having them vs. not having them is a great start. -
I like the new Portfolio design, but there is a problem when adding a new symbol to an existing portfolio and requesting to sort the
In Portfolio 2.0 when I add a new symbol to an existing Portfolio, I want to sort the symbols alphabetically. The sort appears to work, but, when pressing the "DONE" button, the new symbol returns back to the top (first) entry in the Portfolio.
I have found a complicated way to make it work, but it is time consuming, and it should not be so. Afterall, we are using computers...

Customizing MyPortfolio homepage
I get that someone decides which improvements people have probably asked for, but why not allow clients/customers/users to self-generate their own homepage for their portfolios rather than arbitrarily changing the layout which may not actually suit individual preferences?
The current layout requires scrolling no matter the screen size dimensions. I use three different monitors, including a 43" Smart TV, and all I get is a larger font to look at and a lot of dead white space all around.
Could your wonderful and intelligent designers come up with a better mechanism to cater to our specific needs for customized views…

Chart view
When I view a stock in Chart view, the next symbol should also be in Chart view as in the Classic version.
This new version always reverts to the Summary view. Forcing me to click on Chart view every time. Very time wasting ! -
New layout is looking better and better.
It seems like Yahoo is ironing out the kinks since last week. The layout looks better and seamless. Good job Yahoo! Thank you!

Bring back the Classic view for portfolios. The new view is useless.
For a while, you offered the option to keep using the Classic view, but now this seems to be gone.
Bring back the Classic view. The new view is useless, since it wastes a lot of space and forces us to use a scroll bar to view all of our information. I have numerous stocks, and I cannot view all the information I want in a single screen in the new view.
Yahoo Finance was my main reason for coming to Yahoo at all. With the new view, I no longer have a reason to use Yahoo at all.

I'm having problems withthe Yahoo charts not displaying information properly. When I click the 'max' chart, it bombs.
The charts aren't working for me on any browser (firefox/chrome/edge). The max chart bombs every time, and the comparison of stocks doesn't seem to work when you change years or add stocks etc. Something isn't working in this new version. My work PC seems fine though. Please help :).
