5. Put the contact lists in regular order

   This is not a new complaint, but quite an old one. After the rigmarole to access your contacts, when later you try to access a contact list, they are haphazardly presented in that small field when you try to locate one. Whoever forgot about that gets an F from a computer teacher.

10. Darn it! why is it so hard to add a contact? Your responses don't tell how to add NEW contacts.

    Simply put an "add contact" button and make it possible to right click on an email address to add it to contacts.

14. contacts list

    You guys and gals sure can mess up a good thing. When scrolling through my contact list when forwarding an email, it will jump past about 20 contacts and I have to continually have to go back and reset the list in the last position I had it. And take those icons off the list please, they are just a distraction and annoyance. Thanks, rdw

20. I am a victim of domestic abuse, cyber crimes and and identity theft and my profile says I am logged in in Portland OR and I am in WA state

    I suggest turning off syncing with contacts across multiple applications and software programs.
