Can't create new folder
I don't see how to create a new folder when moving an email. This used to be an option on the pulldown menu that showed when I clicked on "Move". It should still be there.
You can create a new folder from the Folders list using the “New Folder” option at the top of the list. Once it’s created, you should be able to move emails there with eh “Move” button.

sent emails not showing
I have a sent email that isn't showing in the sent folder. I also noticed there is no way to move a folder that I've created. I tried dragging and dropping and nothing happened. Clicking on the drop down for the folder doesn't give an option to move it. Both issues need to be fixed as I don't think there is anyone would define these as working as expected.

At this time, you can’t move folders. You can delete or archive all the emails in a folder using the arrow next to the folder name.

New mail boxes are horrible!
I routinely use multiple different folders to save emails, and create sub folders up to 2 and 3 deep. The new functions are completely jacked up and keep making it a HUGE headache. I even tried to start a whole new thread thinking that would help. I usually have filters set up so that emails go straight to these boxes, but the new format would let me set up filters because the thread name was too long. I changed to main box to a shorter name, and it created a whole new thread, leaving all of my 2nd tiers on…
Changing a man folder name will orphan all the the related subfolders and make them invisible. For help with filtering emails, check out this article or post the specifics of your issue on our forums:

Somehow emails I,ve saved and put into folders only in 2018 have vanished

When I move mails from "sent" folder to some other folder, all the messages show "me" as sender. I want to see to whom I had sent the mail.
I should have the option of displaying both "From" and "To" info.
When I move sent items to some other folder, all emails only show sender (me). If I have the option to enable "to" also them it will be very easy for me to go thru the folder and search required email.Try turning off Conversations. That should fix this for you.

If you scroll down a long way in the Archive folder and then use the top-most checkbox to select all (or using CTRL+A), you can move more at a time.

restore emails to send box
Would you please make it possible to restore emails to the Sent box? Sometimes I accidentally delete ones from Sent. It's frustrating that, even if I can recover them, I lose the original recipient and location of them. Also, would you add a "Are you sure you want to delete emails from your Sent box"? I recently thought I'd selected my Trash folder, but instead 100 emails got deleted from my Sent box.
If emails were deleted from the Sent folder directly, then they may be able to be restored right back to that folder. However, if they were deleted (put into Trash) and then restored, they may be in the Trash folder and can’t be moved back to the Sent folder.

Unless I'm doing something wrong, users are unable to search the trash folder for emails.
Make it so users can search the trash folder.
Using the Advanced search (small arrow to the right of the Search bar) you can select “Trash” from the “Search in” list to look for messages in the Trash folder.

Sent emails are not updating in my browser when they are sent from the same account on my smartphone
Sent emails are not updating in my browser when they are sent from the same account on my smartphone. The sent folder in my web browser (chrome) is not updating the sent message folder. I sent an email from my smartphone, the browser's sent folder does not reflect this and logging out and back in to my account did not fix the issue.

Let us export archived emails to such places as a flash-drive or other device!
Over time inboxes get cluttered with good stuff and junk. Not only that sometimes there arises a need for Email addresses to be changed. Rather than using tons of paper and ink to preserve old emails, how about you allow the true export of emails to other formats? It would give your email customers more peace of mind, ease of use, and free up space in the cloud.
If you want to backup emails to your computer, you can try using an email client to download them via POP connection.

deleting mail from spam folder
I got two messages that went to my Spam folder, but they are directly related to my business, and should NEVER end up in Spam. Yet when I click the "Not Spam" button, I get a message that says they can't be moved to my Inbox. I have made multiple attempts with the same message, yet keep getting the same message back.
Recently you may have noticed an increase in email going to the Spam folder for senders using Office 365 and other Microsoft products. We are in the process of addressing this issue and expect it to improve over the next several days. Please keep marking the mail in the Spam folder as “not spam” or “ham” and that will help to correct the issue. Thanks for your patience.

Our team is currently working with Apple to sort this issue out. Since February, the iOS Notes app had not been sending requests to our server to backup the notes. As a result, we don’t have records of them on our end to restore. We’re hoping to find an answer soon.

AS of 12/6/2017 I CANNOT DELETE EMPTY FILE FOLDERS. PREVIOUS ANSWERS DO NOT WORK!
